Gerald Overholt is not reliable, doesn't pay his subs, does inferior work, and keeps customer's money. He did not pay a sub that we paid him for the work, he kept the money. We over paid him for work he did not do and he kept the money. We fired him after a basement addition of about 1000 sq feet, nothing fancy, started Feb 22 and was not complete in May. After writing negative reviews based on facts he threatened to sue us.... funny huh.
