Excellent TV and electronics repair shop! I would highly recommend this place if you need to have any of your electronics repaired. My LG flatscreen TV broke (LED's went out) and Lu fixed this in just a few days and for a great price. It has been well over two months and my TV works as good as new!

I took my sound bar/woofer to get fixed one day, drove there the next day to pick it up, paid $45. Installed it and it didn't work!! I called to let him know I had wasted my time and money driving all the way over there for nothing, he offered to take a look at it again but who has time to drive there again?! I Dont recommend it

LIARS, AND THIEVES!!!!! They had my laptop for 10 days and did NOTHING to it. I came to get it, and he lost a piece and my hard drive. Then REFUSED to order the piece he lost. The store is FILTHY, cluttered, and a complete fire hazard. I think the old man lives in the back. I am a strong believer in patronizing local businesses, but I will think twice from now on. He can't handle stress, and completely shuts down if asked a question. Spend your money elsewhere, because this guy is a hack!!!!!

If it can be fixed, HE can fix it. At first glance it doesn't look all to great and walking In there is a bunch of tvs everywhere and things are not organized at all BUT dont Judge what he cAn do with how this place looks! He has helped me out numerous of times. Fixed the cracked screen on different iPhones and did a great job. Has fixed a blow dryer for my old lady and a curling iron too! I'm tellin ya if it can be fixed this man is the MAN of all mans! So don't hesitate! Also he always tells me if he can't fix it he won't charge me ! Amazingly grateful of this mans presence in my life! Thank you and good night baby!!

Don't ever go to this place!!! I took my ""Sony"" phone thinking they can fix Sony products and sure enough they are scammers!!! I took my phone in for a charging port issue. The old man charged me $50.00 bucks and sure enough fixed my issue. 2 months later, the issue came back. I took it back, looked up my number and automatically said with no hesitation, ""Your 30 day warranty has expired and you will have to pay full price again."" I told him that's was not right. I'm expected to pay full price every 2 months for the bullshit repair he made and of course he said yes. This place is a Sham!!! They call themselves a laboratory to trick people in thinking their knowledgeable but sure enough they don't know the head from their ass!! The old man even tried to give me a tip and told me to move the charger until I see the lightning bolt and then place it down very slowly and gently. And if the charger moves to move it until I see the lightning bolt again. Such a crappy crappy place. They are not a laboratory. They are poor excuse for a repair shop. They have broken tv's all over the place with parts thrown all around to fool you that they are intelligent, when in reality, they don't know shit. That's why after 2 months, everything is STILL broken. Don't go to this place. I give this place a Big Fat ZERO!!!

Otometric Labs did a fantastic job from start to finish. Starting with the Yelp questionnaire, it was easy to get the ball rolling. Keep in mind I wasn't in a rush. I just wanted the problem solved. Yuan is very knowledgeable, friendly, and reliable. I brought in a 60"" Samsung Smart TV in for a problem with its components. The problem was diagnosed at a very reasonable fee. Yuan called me with an estimate for parts and labor the following week, also very reasonable. The job was done and dusted in two weeks. Yuan had me test it before helping me load it into the back of my car in the rain. The five-year-old TV is good as new (knock on wood) at about one-fourth of the price of a new set. Props to Otometric Labs!

This place was a life saver today. He fixed my phone same day no wait. Most places told me to come back another day. His prices were also very good. Not to mention I got to his store at 1:45pm. He still stayed after hours to provide me with the best service he could. No lie its the one stop shop!!

Really helped my parents with their TV. Very nice person who comes for the home deliveries. He was friendly to my elderly mother and I appreciate it. Would definitely call them again if we have any more issues with the TV.
