Terrible experience trying to get my turntable repaired. Owner Lu never seems to know when Javier was coming in so they could find out what repairs it needed. Javier couldn't tell me anything and gave me a flippant ""don't worry about it"" when I asked about getting my $15 deposit back. I did get the deposit back with my unrepaired turnable. Avoid these guys at all costs.

I smashed my I phone into a million pieces and shards of glass everywhere! I took it in and the technician fixed it in under 30 min.. This guy is amazing! Super professional and great price. I also received a 30 day warranty! Beyond happy and super grateful! Highly recommend. Repair cost 110.00

I dropped 3 tv's for repair.....the guy told me that it will take 1 week ....already charged $30 to just check .....what is the the problem......no one called until 2 weeks.....when i contact them.....he said that they did not get the time to look it up.....one more week gone ...no news....i calked again....he said that he need to order the part ...just bull shitting with me.....i told them that i don't want to fix it.... He told me to take my tv's back in two days....i told him why u need two days....he told me that he doesn't have a time to put the all parts back.... Please do not go to this places .....

I was recommended to Otometric Labs by a friend. Lu helped me out when I took my cars ECU (92' Lexus LS400) and asked him if he could replace some capacitors for me; as they were going bad. He gave me a good price and the work was flawless. I definitely will be recommended others to his location and will come back for other services.

Well... Where to begin!!!

I totally recommend this place. I called Lu regarding a Sony TV.
He was super friendly and he actually came to my house (within 1 hour) And fixed my tv.
The price was very reasonable.
He even gave me extra information about what my tv can do!!!

I've never written a review on Yelp, quit frankly because I've never experienced customer service at the level I received today. We have an older Sony 60"" HD TV, that is getting a few miles on it, but we love the picture and it fits our home. Last evening we turn on the unit, NO picture, NO sound. After researching a bit in the manual, it appeared we needed a fan replaced. Called Otometric Labs as we had used them before to replace a lamp on the same unit. ""Lu"" said he could be out the next day between 1:00 and 2:00 pm. He gave me a ballpark estimate on the repair, IF it was the lamp that needed replacement. Lu called me next day at 1:30 and said he was on his way. Arrived promptly at 2:00 and started the repair. He was spending more time than I expected for the replacement of a fan, and soon notified me it wasn't the one fan that 90% of the time is the problem, and needed to return to the shop to source the ""other"" fan. Called me at 6:00 pm that evening (pouring rain) said he had found a fan, and would be back to the house within the hour. Within 30 minutes, Lu had replaced BOTH fans and charged me $20 more than his original estimate. Unheard of service in this day and age.

Fast and painless. I was devastated when I picked up my phone yesterday, after it fell out of my hoodie pocket and saw that the screen was shattered. I was afraid to hold it to my face to talk because tiny pieces of glass were still falling off. Yelped around and this place seemed solid and there was that $5 check in deal.

$95 for a brand new OEM screen for my iPhone 5s, 3 month warranty included. So far, so good, as I type this review on the new screen now. Feels brand new and just as fast and responsive as it was before.

Today I got my phone screen fixed for the third time here. I would say, the cheapest prices in town. Each time I dropped off my phone, ran some errands and picked up my phone in a short period of time. The pricing is very affordable, having to get my screen fixed for the third time in two months. I leave this place very satisfied with the way my phone looks & works as well as what I paid. Customer service is great as the owners are friendly and very knowledgeable ! Thank you again ! I would recommend others to check it out for themselves!

I don't know about the turntable repair complaint above but.......I was satisfied.
Sure this place is crowded with stuff in various states of repair, but isn't that a good sign, that he's got lots of business or perhaps people that have stiffed him and not come to pick up the repairs he's already done? In my case, my 50"" Plasma HDMI inputs got fried due to a short in the cable, which involves replacing the motherboard. I called 3 different places and got pretty much the same answer, can't get the motherboard or the replacement could cost $250-$400 buck depending on how badly damaged the core is plus $150 for labor. That was pushing my threshold for repair/replace decision as I can replace the 5 yr old 50"" plasma for $1000 or less. Well, I call Otometric Labs, he says take a photo of the rear input panel and bring it in. He then looks it up on the computer and says, he can get the motherboard and will come out to the house to do the repair (it's a hassle loading up a 50' Plasma TV in the car, taking it to his shop, ect) for $100 deposit (to order the part) and another $250 at completion. I say OK, and a week later, he's got the part, comes out to the house to replace the motherboard and all is fine for the total of $350. The guy that took care of me was named Lu (Chinese dude), very nice and knowledgeable. I recommend him for flatscreen TV repairs.
