We are so glad that we found Otis James Services on yelp. James and Justin arrived on time and they helped us installing 6 ceiling fans in a new house plus two smaller jobs. They did everything within 3.5 hours and their work quality is excellent. They are friendly and also keep the place clean. We will call them for installation, repair and maintenance next time. I would definitely recommend them.

Had a LARGE list of to-do's while renovating a rental property trashed by tenants during Covid. These guys were rockstars! Handled everything on the list and a few add-ons too!

I don't know who wrote the reviews saying this company instantly responds to their needs. I had one visit from them to discuss the work needed - they talked a good story and I was looking forward to hearing their estimates...but then...nothing! I've left messages, sent texts, no response...
I'm now very suspicious of their motive for showing up at all and certainly do not recommend this company

I had a refrigerator problem . Both came and were polite and friendly . You can tell they know their stuff. It is so hard to find honest people that enjoy what they are doing ! You can tell they are true professionals of their trade ! I will definitely refer to them and use them again !

I really cannot say how pleased I am - I went from my power going out at 9pm last night to calling this morning and having a prompt reply and an appointment set for this morning by Michele. My home warranty company was unable to get here for 2 days and that was no bueno! So I had to find
someplace who could come a bit sooner!

I am still in shock that I got an appointment, the problem was resolved and the best thing is that I now have a company that I can hire to do essentially anything else I need like plumbing, etc.

Justin and the other professional were so knowledgeable and friendly. They are also going to handle another project I wanted to have done but never knew who to hire for it - so I am so relieved to find honest and reliable pros to count on for that and all the other work I will need in the future.

They were so fab that I was hoping the bill would be higher because they deserve it - I am leaving my card with my house sitter to call them should anything need attention when I am gone - that is great peace of mind. Look no further - this is the best place!

My new Bosch dishwasher was a completely new installed and works GREAT! Justin's was wonderfully courteous, and did beautiful work. It was impressive how they tidy up as they work. The area was cleaner then when they started. Justin and his team are thoughtful and very helpful too. He took time to help advice me on a side project I was completing myself. If you need someone responsible, knowledgeable and does great work call Justin at Otis James Services.
I will use Otis James again and I recommend their services!
