After soliciting bids from three contractors, we hired OSJ to upgrade our main panel from 100 to 200 amps, and replace our subpanel in the garage while they were at it. This will allow us to switch more appliances from gas to electric when we're ready. Ossamu was the easiest to work with, and was great at explaining options. He handled all the PG&E stuff easily, and I have no complaints whatsoever about the work he and his crew completed. I will not hesitate to work with OSJ again.

They are great! I hired Ossamu and team to install some recessed lighting. They came out and gave an estimate which was reasonable (mid-range), were willing to wear masks (my mom has had multiple strokes), and worked with me to get the kind of lights I wanted (a non-standard type that took a little longer to order). Lastly, they installed cool dimmers which I hadn't even requested. They were done in a day. Overall really pleasant to work with and great communicators!

I had asked Ossamu to give me estimate for changing two different circuit breakers boxes for two of my rentals. Both houses are over 55 years old. Ossamu did some electrical troubleshooting for me in one of the two places. Ossamu showed up on time and he finished both projects ahead of schedule. His work attitude is great, he got lots of tools just pulling an old circuit breaker and patch up some small drywalls. Many people think it's easy but it's not that simple to pull it from an old house w tenants living inside. He got both projects done on time and he came back the next day to re-labeled all circuit breakers. I highly recommend him for any electrical troubleshooting or replacement. His price will not be the cheapest, I think it's a very fair price from an honest and hardworking small business owner. I highly recommend him to my neighbors.
