We are a local faith-based business. We specialize in residential electrical solutions. No job is too small. Ranging from changing out a defective breaker or providing power for a pool pump and wiring a separate garage. Our team will identify the concern and address it promptly. Our commitment to the excellence of our services and always aim to ensure the job site is cleaner than when we arrived. Our goal is to foster personal relationships with our clients because we recognize the difficulties of dealing with large corporations. We aspire to bring back the personal connection to the trades.

My journey started in secondary school through participation in electrical contests. I competed at the regional, statewide, and national levels. I was able to achieve the state title back-to-back for Georgia and achieved third in the national competition. Ever since, I dreamed of establish my own residential electrical service. After gaining experience under various experienced electricians for years, I decided it was time to start my own venture. I met my wonderful wife, Taylor, in 2019 and tied the knot in 2022. Our daughter, Stella Grace, was born in 2023, which put a hold on my business plans. I’ve always done electrical projects part-time to help provide for my young family. Yet, it has always been my dream to dedicate myself to electrical work full-time. And here I stand with Oshields Electric. This marks my journey to improve my family’s life and ideally positively impacting everyone I meet.

I grew up in the North Georgia area. From my high school competition days and my experience in the electrical industry after finishing school, I’ve developed a genuine enthusiasm for electrical work. I used to do corporate and industrial electrical work as an electrician of Georgia Power. Yet, nothing fulfills me like engaging in home electrical services. Interacting with clients directly is forever my preferred part of this job. I believe that building personal relationships with my clients is of equal significance as upholding a professional relationship. I don’t aim to one more electrical contractor who arrives at your home, finishes the task, and only discusses how much you owe. I am convinced that you can operate a successful business while also offering the understanding that is often missing in today’s market.
