Company Overview

We are a family-run Christian business. We specialize in domestic electrical services. No task is too minor. Ranging from replacing a faulty breaker or installing power for a pool pump or connecting a detached garage. We will troubleshoot the concern and resolve it as soon as possible. We take pride in our craftsmanship and strive to maintain a tidy work environment. We strive to create meaningful connections with our clients because we recognize the difficulties of dealing with massive firms. We aspire to bring back the compassion to the trades.

I began my journey in high school through participation in electrical competitions. I competed at the district, statewide, and national levels. I had the chance to achieve state champion two years in a row for Georgia and placed a top-three finish in the nationwide contest. Ever since, I dreamed of establish my own electrical company. Following my time under various experienced electricians for years, I felt it was time to start my own venture. In 2019, I met and we married in 2022. In 2023, we welcomed our daughter, Stella Grace, which put a hold on my business plans. I’ve always done electrical work on the side to care for my little family. However, it has always been my passion to pursue electrical work full-time. So here I am with Oshields Electric. This is my commitment to improve my family’s life and hopefully positively impacting everyone I serve.

I was born and raised in this beautiful region of North Georgia. Ever since I participated in high school electrical contests and my experience in the electrical industry after finishing school, I’ve nurtured a genuine enthusiasm for this craft. I used to do corporate and large-scale electrical work as an employee of Georgia Power. However, nothing brings me greater satisfaction performing home electrical services. Meeting customers face-to-face is forever my preferred part of this work. I feel that developing personal connections with my clients is equally important as upholding a business relationship. I don’t aim to merely another electrical contractor who arrives at your home, does the job, and only focuses on how much you owe. I am convinced that you can be a competent business owner while also delivering the understanding that is often missing in today’s market.
