Since 1982, Oscar Lara has been a part of the electrical industry. Oscar has worked both as a contractor and as a Senior Project Manager with El Paso Natural Gas. Starting with one van, he now operates a fleet featuring bucket and auger trucks. Oscar has also volunteered to support the industry. He held the position of President for the Independent Electrical Contractors Apprentice Program and continues to serve on the board.
