Oscar Lara entered the electrical sector in 1982. Oscar has worked both as a contractor and as a Senior Project Manager with El Paso Natural Gas. Starting with one van, he now operates a fleet featuring bucket and auger trucks. He has dedicated time to volunteer efforts within the industry. He held the position of President for the Independent Electrical Contractors Apprentice Program and continues to serve on the board.
