As a last hope, I yelped many reviews and Oscar's reviews spoke volumes. When I called and Oscar and explained the condition of the chandelier he said that was no problem and you could repair and clean it and make it look and operate like new again. My husband and I were so pleased with Oscar's work that we asked him to inspect the electrical at our home and to make the needed electrical repairs and upgrades. Everything was done in a timely manner and within our budget. We definitely recommend OS services.
