They helped us with a commercial electrical job and were very accommodating of our schedule on a tight timeline. The office staff was incredibly friendly and helpful. When things were a bit more complicated and difficult than expected (as they usually are with these types of things) they sent extra help to get the job completed in time. Much appreciated.

If I could give zero stars I would. This Company claims there number one concern on their website is customer service. Not only did I get yelled at by Matt , the guy that put in my electrical. Mans planning, as they say. I spoke to Laura the receptionist who seemed compassionate up first. But they all obviously had a conversation about me and decided to back Matt. Now my home office, that I had them set up , does not have electricity. Laura states, ""there's nothing else they can do for me""

Below is an email I sent to the owner. I still not have Heard back from him.

Dan,

I am writing you in reference to the work you have done at my home. 3 years ago I remodeled my home, I worked with a man that referred your company. On his word and instruction I went ahead and had your company (Matt) rewired my new bathroom, installing new electrical plates and lighting, he also installed a fan in my guest room, fixed outlets in my living room. Then he also installed another fan in my living room. Lastly, at the same time I bought and had a tuff shed built. The electrical was run from my house to the shed (Matt) claims he did not do that. This may be the case, I'm not certain since I had someone else overseeing the project. But what I do know is he took it from there. He hooked up the electricity in my shed. He put several electrical outlets on the inside, installed a hanging chandelier and ran the electricity outside. So I have an outdoor outlet. In the last three years, I have had issues with everything but my bathroom in the main house. I have had your company out here, for both of my vans malfunctioning (in the living room and family room) now I'm being told, it's a manufacture defect. The fan has barley been used in the bedroom, but continues to fail. I have already had you out 2x for the wiring Matt completed in the shed. Matt, kept saying ""it's not permitted,"" if that's the case I'm not aware of that, Since, I went to the county and my renovations were all permitted. I have a permit! My issue first off, is that regardless of someone else wiring it (if that's true)? If he at the time , did not believe it was a sufficient amount of power! Why did he do the job and why did you I pay your company for a job I thought was done? Of course I'm upset, now I'm being told I need to upgrade to a junction box. Why was this not brought up when the job was initially done? Why did he complete a job that he did not believe would sustain? Now, my home office, the place in which I run my business is completely free of any electricity.

Dan, I called and left you a message at 8:51 spoke to Laura Friday at 9:03 , she said "" she would speak to you and get back to me directly."" I called again yesterday Saturday the 11th at 7:24 and left another message. Setting aside the horrible, defensive unprofessional name calling ""your crazy lady"" by Dan. As I explained to Laura, I am going into surgery on the 16th and I need my office up and running. I am going to be in bed for a week and my people are going to need access to my office. So, can you please remedy this situation? I have been a good customer, paying all my bills in an expedient manner. Your website says You take pride in your customer service and reputation. I understand the importance of that.
