SCAM LIKELY!!!
My unit never cooled until multiple visits. The first technician diagnosed incorrect and multiple parts were changed out that were in good working condition before they finally fixed the issue.
The diagnosis itself seems like it was by process of elimination vs actual knowledge of what was wrong.
Unbeknown to me, they were changing me for every time they could not figure out the issue and had to order a new part. This is completely unfair and unjust as the reason for the multiple visits was their own incompetence in not being able to diagnose the issue.
The company also lied and said they diagnosed the issue in the end with the manufacturer but cannot show me any communication with the manufacturer to back their claims.
I also never authorized additional charges on my account, and they said they do not need my authorization and can charge me as they stored my card information on file without my consent.

Pictures attached shows evetime I had to document the unit not cooling after they ""fixed"" the issue.

The fine print on their work order states that they require a 50% NON-REFUNDABLE deposit and will be charged even if the services have not been provided. I failed to read the fine print. Watch out and sign nothing! They absolutely lied about my interaction with them saying I recited the lengthy fine print which i did not.

I had just bought a new house and the electric panel and some wiring needed to be completely replaced. Not to mention, for my own taste, I wanted 8 light fixtures to be changed too. I got several quotes, but none beat Orlim. Not only that, but they got 100% of the work done ahead of schedule and left everything in perfect condition (I've heard horror stories about how other electricians leave their work). I am so happy and will definitely call them with any future electrical needs!

I usually don't have issues with my appliances so when my Subzero ice maker stopped working I didn't know who to call to fix it. I checked Yelp for a local repair service and found Orlim Electric. I found this issue late in the afternoon but luckily they were able to send out a technician the same day. Very glad I called them. I was unsure about who to trust but the technician was nice and honest. I'm going to be using their warranty to service all my appliances regularly. I highly recommend this company. Saved me a huge head ache!

My subzero wine cooler stopped cooling and the lights turned off, I found Orlim Electric on Facebook and called to get it serviced. The technician, Orlando, arrived and fixed it the same day. Very kind man and he even taught me how to maintain my wine cooler long term! Definitely recommend!!
