I just moved into a new home. Wanted to add a few recess lights and to hang up some chandeliers. Oran came on time. Got the work done. Cleaned up after he was finished and was very professional. Would definitely recommend him!

I needed a replacement for a touch dimmer for my bookshelf. I was quoted $250 for the job. I thought that was steep, but I figured that an amazing job would be done and I could start using my bookshelf lights again. When I came home after work to check on the job, the beautiful touch dimmer was gone (although non-functional I didn't really expect them to take it) and it was replaced by a cheap slider switch. Not only that, they plugged it into the wall with an adapter that made it impossible for the bookshelf to be flush against the wall. Quite an ugly job that looked like it took a maximum of 15 minutes to do. So... $250 for 15 minutes of work that resulted in a complete downgrade? Yikes. Not what I signed up for. Should have just bought a new bookshelf with that $250!

This is based off customer service, and it's very hard these days to find people with good customer service skills. I needed a quote done fast as we were getting close to the close of escrow. Oran had a technician out that day to let us know we were good. He also sent over a quote re assuring so we had documentation that we were good to go. Thank you Oran for having good quality customer service and quick response time!

Five stars!! Oran's Electric just left my house. I had a light flickering in my garage, and a set of landscaping lights on the fritz. The electrician was efficient and honest and let me know that the problem with the landscaping lights were waterlogged bulbs from the sprinklers, and that the fixture in the garage just needed to be replaced. I'll contact them again when I'm ready to do the replacement in the garage, and for all my future electrical needs. I'm so happy to have finally found a great electrician in the Valley!

I had a fantastic experience with Oran. Dealing with earthquake damage in one home to a renter's electrical problems... Oran saved the day! He was able to give me a quick quote over the phone, get over to the place within hours, and fix the problems all in one day. Other places I called were giving me unreasonable quotes, couldn't go there today, and would not be able to fix within a few hours but would take half a day! I am extremely pleased with the service I got from Oran and his team. They were professional, courteous, and honest. Thank you Oran!!! It's hard finding good people, and I am happy to have found you. I will definitely use you guys again!

I am very satisfied with Oran's Electric.

Last night I had a problem with a blown circuit, sound of buzzing, and burnt smell coming from my bathroom light. I called in the morning to ask someone to come out and take a look at it and received a same-day appointment for early in the afternoon.

The electrician arrived promptly, was courteous, friendly, and very knowledgeable. He discovered that the problem was an old light fixture with burned bulbs and removed it. He also tested all the other lights and switches completely to make sure it was safe.

The service was fast, trust-worthy, and affordable. I would definitely use Orans Electric again and recommend them to others

Terrible job and customer service!
Oran provided an estimate, then added other fees later if you don't pay attention. They don't care about when the job needs done. You're at their mercy on whenever they want to show up, as if they do it for free.
Oran can lie with a straight face and a smile. If you go with him, ask to put everything in writing! sounds simple but many of us don't take it serious enough when dealing with these contractors, specially when they're a ""family business"" in this case.
Also beware, do NOT pay them in full UNTIL you are completely satisfied. These guys never answered nor returned my calls as soon as they got their full payment!
Lastly, the job quality is absolutely subpar, non-professional. They're like those scammers on craigslist. If you don't insist on quality, safety and complete satisfaction, they would tell you ""not to worry, give it a few days, we'll come back, etc."" and they will never do. These are a bunch of kids who dropped out of high school. They have no integrity nor the experience to do a job right. Don't save a few bucks and be sorry.

My Father wanted to update his home from lamps and chandeliers to recessed lighting. So he called Oran's electric. They knew exactly what they were doing and explained it to us so we would know what was going on. The work was amazing and people were very easy do deal with.

I recently had a large plumbing job completed at my home - creating a second washer/dryer hookup to the city sewer system & building an enclosure for the appliances. I needed to install GFCI electrical outlets to comply with code. I phoned Oran's Electric & a same-day appointment was made. An experienced, knowledgeable technician showed up on time & completed the job in a little over an hour. I have very little electrical knowledge & the technician explained everything he was doing....and why he was doing it during the job.

This was part of the work the original plumbers were supposed to complete, but their estimate was DOUBLE what Oran's Electric quoted me. I will definitely be contacting Oran's Electric for future work.
