Chris Hodge installed my Quiet Cool fan yesterday and I just love it! It makes such a difference having it in the house. We are now very comfortable, especially in the upstairs area. I can't say enough about Chris. He gave me the best price and lowest quote. He also made sure that our investment was worth it and that there was adequate ventilation to make the Stealth work efficiently. If you're ever thinking about getting one installed, OCE is the place to go. I assure you will not regret it!

We recently bought a house and when it came time to sit down and decide on upgrades the first thing on our list was a whole house fan. Chris installed one two years ago for us in the condo and we knew exactly who to go to for the new one.

Ordering the fan was as simple as a quick phone call. Chris showed up on time and treated our house as it was his own making sure there was no mess left behind. He protected the carpet and tile and even gave the dog some attention. Once the quick install was complete he gave me a fast lesson on how the controls on the new system worked and made sure we were satisfied with everything.

Chris is our go to guy for any electrical problems we have and has the best customer service I've ever seen. He had to rescue us a couple times in our old house. He has always had the best price and you can't beat the service.

Oh my gosh! Chris is great! Every home we have owned we have installed the old louver style whole house fan. Since ours decided to start screaming recently we made the decision to install a new Quiet Cool Fan. We were surprised at the lack of customer service from other installers. Either too busy, didn't return our call, pricing was insane, etc. Chris called us back within an hour or two and made the effort to come to the house to assess it. We needed to do some work in the rafters prior to installation but Chris was back in a day to install. Installation went smoothly and we are in business! It's always been one of the best investments we have made in each home but the Quiet Cool Fan is a whole new experience! I'm not missing those louvers AT ALL!! We had the Quiet Cool TriPro 7.0 installed and it works great! Chris was referred by my brother-in-law and he was courteous, professional, and took care to cover the surrounding areas such as the stairway to ensure those areas were protected from the install process. He arrived on time (few minutes early, as matter of fact) and the install took the exact amount of time he described at the beginning. He also followed up afterwards to ensure it was working as intended. I would highly recommend Chris!

Having the whole house fan installed was one of the best investment we've ever made. With several windows open this fan pulls a great amount of cool air from outside through the house and reduce the inside temperature in a short period of time. We have had the product for only 2 days but have reduced our AC usage by approximately 40%. The best part about this whole installation process was having it done by Chris from OCE. Chris was recommended to us by one of our neighbors who had the fan installed a few months back. Chris is a really nice and sincere guy. His work ethics is incredible. From the initial contact to the installation itself, Chris was very professional. He went well above and beyond our expectations. Chris at OC Electric could teach a class to other contractors on how to provide excellent customer service. He arrived on time, was very personable, cleaned up during and after the project, and there were no surprises.

While researching whole house fans, I really wanted the largest unit available. We received several quotes and narrowed it down to two whole house fan manufactures-the QuiteCool Trition 5.5 vs. the ST 4500

The ""other"" company came to our home and told us that our attic fan was dead and needed to be ripped out and replaced along with adding the whole house fan. Their quote for installing their top of the line, 4500 CFM whole house fan and an attic fan was $3200. They offered us financing.....

After talking to Chris about the QuietCool whole house fan, he convinced me that I would be paying way too much money for the larger unit so he we went with the QC Stealth 4.8. And the attic fan that was supposedly dead, Chris took a look at it and was able to simply adjust the thermostat and it started working again. You gotta love a contractor that doesn't try to over sell. He saved us close to 60% of what the other guys were proposing.

Lastly, we were amazed the first night of using the whole house fan. We stood at the top of the stairs, turned on the unit, felt a warm breeze being sucked up through the stairway, and then ultimately, we felt cool air flow. Our downstairs area has always had airflow issues and remained very hot hours after the sunset. The whole house fan cooled our downstairs area by about 8 degrees in less than 10 minutes. If you're thinking about adding a whole house fan, do it and if OC Electric is available, hire him. You will not regret it.

Just had Chris Hodge install a quiet cool whole house fan and am more than pleased with the efficiency of the unit as well as the professional manner in which he conducted his business....Chris went up and above what was expected even replaced some of the insulation in the attic space. Such a pleasure to work with a contractor who shows up early, completes on time and leaves the work area clean... I should have done this years ago....
