Mike, the owner, is a man of integrity. After a major circuit replacement, we had a lingering issue, which was not corrected after a subsequent visit, and we were not happy. Understanding this, Mike's assistant returned and spent 2+ hours diagnosing and fixing the problem completely--at no charge, leaving us more than satisfied.
