Mike, the owner, is a man of integrity. After a major circuit replacement, we had a lingering issue, which was not corrected after a subsequent visit, and we were not happy. Understanding this, Mike's assistant returned and spent 2+ hours diagnosing and fixing the problem completely--at no charge, leaving us more than satisfied. We unreservedly recommend Mike and his people!
We originally hired Mike for a previous problem after a prior electrician gave up and bailed on us. Mike's competence really showed then when he quickly diagnosed the problem and repaired it. Mike is a competent professional.

I greatly appreiated that a clean cut, well mannered, uniformed, friendly, and courteous eletrician named Phillip, arrived on time for our 10 am appointment. He had offered to bring me a replacement smoke alarm that I declined. I want to buy my own replacement alarm, but appreciated the offer.
