We connected over the phone to talk through the job.. 12 hours later he had his guy at my house walking through the project and what options we had. Woke up with no power. Thought it was just a tripped fuse. Boy was I wrong. SDG&E came out and immediately told me it was a ""me"" problem and that it looked bad. Panel basically melted on a very hot Friday morning. Prospects of ruined food and having to spend a weekend at a hotel looked certain. Called Certified and they sent a couple of guys to my house within an hour. By now it was about 10:30. It was pretty obvious that the panel needed to be completely replaced. Michael could not have been more transparent on what needed to be done and he and his crew got right to work. By 5:30 I had a much bigger hole in the side of the house, but had a brand new upgraded panel and the greatest invention of modern times - air conditioning. Michael was great in explaining the next steps with inspections, lathe work and stucco repair. All of his guys were super responsive. Inspections went off without a hitch. 10/10 would recommend!

Electrical outlet didn't work and sparked. We also had 2 ceiling fans that one the switch didn't get proper electricity to the unit and the other one pull chain wouldn't work. Mike gave me an initial estimate similar to two other outfits I spoke to. Mike was able to come out the next day so I scheduled him. He troubleshooted the outlet and discovered that one seat panel from the electric motor in the couch was shorting out and tripping the breaker. Couch was the culprit! AND one of our fans just needed WD-40 on the pull mechanism; the other had a loose connection he fixed. Solved all my problems (replaced wall outlet with better connection too). A very nice guy and I cannot recommend him more. All for a VERY fair price and no upselling. He'll be my guy going forward and I'd recommend you call him first too. Jim - Mission Viejo

Mike and his team were amazing. They arrived on time and were professional and courteous. I needed a new bathroom fan installed, and wiring checked for my doorbell and kitchen lighting. The team divided and conquered the multiple tasks and moved efficiently while they were here. As issues came up, Mike quickly problem-solved the situation and got it all taken care of quickly. Expecting the cost to be much higher than what I actually was charged, I feel I got the best value from working with Mike. Would definitely recommend!

Orange County Certified Electric really helped us out of a bad situation. A previous contractor had botched an electrical panel upgrade which failed inspection. Mike immediately came over on Thursday and told me exactly what needed to be done to fix it and how much it would cost. We agreed and he was able to come 2 days later (on Saturday) to remove the old panel, install the new panel, and even take care of some other wiring issues at my house. His journeyman, Felix, and apprentice, Sean, were here all day and took time to listen to my concerns and get everything right. Mike came by frequently and was quick to answer my calls and texts through the whole process. He handled all the permit issues and we passed inspection with flying colors this time. The stucco repair the next day was flawless. Would definitely recommend Mike and his team!

Definitely recommend using them to install your car charger. I contacted a few places on yelp and they were the best deal only $350 to install in the garage on the other side of the panel most places were $500 plus. We contacted them on Friday and they came the very next morning and were early they got the job done quick I felt like it was quicker than the 30 minutes quoted. They even drove from Orange County to Corona and they were very professional and friendly. We would definitely use them for all our electric needs
