I got in touch with Raul from Home Advisors. He was able to give me an estimate via email based on photos I had sent to him. I needed to have an outlet put in for my electric dryer. I didn't want to have to shell out hundreds to get another dryer that was gas so thought I save a few by having the outlet put in. Raul and his assistant arrived 30 mins prior to the agreed time.
