Can not make this up... called this business about 30 minutes ago asking for price checks on a couple items. To be noted.. I was only calling to check what their prices were for 7 items. The owner of the business answered and began to give me prices on the first 3 items... once he hit his patience limit he said, ""My friend, I don't have time for this I have too many customers"" and clicked on me.

Guess he doesn't have time for business, eh?

Just to give them some sort of validation... I have purchased from here before. Their prices were great when I purchased what I needed... but I feel because they found out neighboring prices from cities 20 miles away... they began to put a surcharge on their items.

Just another example. I went in about 2 weeks ago looking for a WP4411rj - 400AMP panel. The same older gentleman (owner) said $3,800.00, the younger nephew (I believe) confirmed that price, stating that prices are high right now(which is a given, if you understand the market). I told the older gentleman okay give me a minute, he told me, "" If you walk out the door and come back in, the price will be $4,200.00""

Moral of the story? Their sales tactics are pretty sad.

Also, that same 400AMP panel that they were trying to sell to me for a whopping price of 4k? I found at SOUTHLAND ELECTRICAL SUPPLY off of Vineland in North Hollywood for $1,971.00 after taxes.

If you purchase from here, make sure you've priced checked before hand and go into this place as a last option as they may either not have time for you or be overcharging you.

This business went the extra mile. The little things are so important. I called at 3:45p looking for an electrical box and some other parts not found at Home Depot, and sure enough, he had everything I needed. Problem: he closed in 15 minutes and I was 25 minutes away. He STAYED OPEN FOE ME! He helped me when I arrived to find all the parts I needed too.

This place is legit the gentleman that helped me was very courteous I showed up about five minutes after they posted closing time and he still let me in and helped me out he explain the difference between my options. I'm not an electrician but I needed a part so he could've easily taken advantage of me I would've paid 50 bucks for what he ended up selling me and he only charged me $10 you could tell he's honest and he's a great for the neighborhood.

Hands down the worst customer service I have ever experienced in my life. The guy Josh Iloulian is the worst person to deal with. The 2 persian guys who answer the phone are useless and always say ""he will call you back in 10 mins."" He has never returned a call or email once. He gave me his cell phone which I have left messages in on with no answer.

I WOULD NEVER BUY ONE THING FROM THESE GUYS.

Our Masonic Lodge needed lights for our kitchen. Josh Illoulian helped with the selection of the proper lights and even took them out of the box to show us how to install them. Fantastic service and very reasonable prices. I would recommend anyone looking for electrical or lights to give Josh a call. GREAT Family business that we were happy to support.

Highly recommend!! This is THE PLACE to buy anything electric-related (way better prices than Home Depot, Lowe's, etc). Josh is amazing he was very helpful, great prices and went out of his way to help me with all my questions. They even helped take my large boxes out to my car!

Wow! Amazing service and prices. After looking everywhere for special lights they were able to get them for me at a great price. I can tell they are experienced by the contractors there placing there orders. I would highly record them regardless if your a home owner or contractor.
