It was an all-around awesome experience with Optimum. I initially reached out on Yelp Message, and Sean was quick to respond and schedule an initial visit for an estimate. I actually screwed up and missed that visit, and he was exceedingly understanding and came back. It was clear when I met him that he was reliable, knowledgeable, and just a great human.

A couple weeks after the estimate, he came back to complete the job. He and David worked thoughtfully and efficiently replacing 50+ can lights and fixing issues with my panel. Even when he ran into an obstacle or two, he navigated through with patience and expertise.

Will certainly be using Sean and Optimum again!

Shawn is amazing!! I wish I could give him 10 stars! I have found our new go-to Electrician! He did some incredible troubleshooting and solved all of our electrical issues in an hour. He charged an extremely fair price and could not have been nicer! I could go on and on but all I think you need to know is that this guy knows his stuff and works very efficiently and doesn't try to sell you a false bill of goods!! Highest recommendation!

Im disappointed. :-/

They are ghosting me instead of honoring their one year work guarantee. Two of the repairs they made stopped working. In July and work was done in September almost October. (Around this time). They replied to me once via text and a phone call but never bothered to come out or reschedule with me. I shouldn't have to chase people down to honor their word. Refund me for the two switches that stopped working if you dont want to come by to fix it. I even wanted to give you more work when I contacted you earlier today and last night.

I don't recommend this business anymore. Overpriced and doesn't honor their word.

I had the Ring Floodlight Camera installed. Optimum Electric showed up on time and it was done less than an hour. They help me setup everything on my phone and was very patient. I will be using Optimum Electrical for all of my home repairs and any installations. Thanks

Sean installed landscape lights around our backyard and do an amazing job. He's personable and took the time to walk me through which lights would be best for the project. He also recommended an upgrade on some lights inside our home and showed me how to do a quick and easy install myself. I'd highly recommend him and his team.

We have a couple Tesla Vehicles and needed to install the EV Charger so that when charging our cars it would charge fast and we would be able to use them more. I needed some electrical wiring redone and run through the attic into the garage so that we can charge comfortably. Optimum Electric was great. They came and took a look at exactly what needs to done. Vaheh was very informative and explained exactly what needs to be done. The price was very fair compared to other prices I got. I told them let's get it done when can we get started so they scheduled me for a few days later. They came at scheduled time and got everything done within that day. I found my go to electrician.

Sean is a rock star! I've worked with him on a couple occasions. He installed a Tesla charger for me, and it works flawlessly. He also helped me upgrade my house's electrical switches. Several curveballs came up, but Sean was a genius problem-solver who figured out all the issues and made everything work out. He will be my first call whenever I need electrical work. I can't recommend him enough.

I would rate a 5-star + if it was available! I did something that I've never done before and that was to request a quote for services on Yelp. Vaheh A. responded to my request in 15 minutes. I thought I wouldn't hear anything for a day or two. I didn't get the response until I physically went to Yelp to check. The time stamp was 15 minutes as I said. I unfortunately, wasn't checking responses that quickly or this whole process would have been even faster. At any rate, an appointment was set for me quickly with a 2 hours window.

On the day of the appointment they showed up in the 1st 30mins of my window. They did an assessment of my job which apparently was an easy job for them to complete. I was given an estimate that I agreed to.

I just knew I would have to have another appointment for them to do the work. However, they informed me that they were going to get the supplies needed and would be right back and done in 30 minutes or less.

That is EXACTLY what occurred! I loved it! This is something you don't find often. Honesty, Professionalism and Integrity on top of great results. I am so happy that I searched for an Electrician on my own instead of waiting for friends to get back to me.

I will definitely contact them again for my next job!
