They were nice enough to squeeze me in after their last appointment of the day as my tenant desperately wanted light on their front porch again - they then went above and beyond by waiting at the property so I could buy a replacement light fixture when we discovered the existing fixture couldn't be repaired. I recently had him install an additional electrical outlet in my garage. On my way to the appointment, I ran into terrible traffic caused by an accident. I was an hour late. I let Sean know that I was running behind. Not only did he assure me that it wouldn't be a problem, he let me know that he was going to make a coffee run and even asked me if I wanted something.

I was very lucky to run into Sean when I was shopping for electricians. Before finding Optimum Electrical, I had already obtained bids from five other electricians from the local area and was just about fed up with the whole searching process. Others either never followed up after the first meeting, showed a lack of attention to details or a lack of professionalism during the initial review. Sean on the other hand not only met all these expectations but went up and beyond what was required for the job.

Sean helped me install a 200-amp panel box but when I told him about a few outlets that were causing me trouble, he happily took the time to diagnose and resolve the additional issues. Sean demonstrates that he cares about the job and the property through his actions instead of just words which is very rare in today's market of contractors. Given the opportunity to hire Optimum Electrical again, I would do so in a heartbeat.
