I'm old school when it comes to customer service, especially when it comes to smaller service providers like electricians, plumbers, etc. When they use a call service that leaves you punching numbers and following a sea of options, it leaves me wondering if my call is ever going to be returned. That's even before getting any sort of fee estimate. And I had trouble conquering the first feat with a few other providers.

Not with Optimum. I got Sean directly and had the opportunity to explain my situation- a shorted room in my downtown condo when the building's power shut off (I won't bitch about that situation- separate gripe). He was realistic in timing for a visit and clearly indicated the initial visit would be free of charge- which was perfect. Him and his folks came out to my place and found the issue immediately. Because it was something that took them no time at all to fix, they worked with me on a very reasonable fee for their visit- great job! I recommend Optimum for anyone, especially if you're in the downtown LA area!

Sean and Mike were AWESOME! Found them because of their insanely positive Yelp reviews and messaged them here and they got back to me almost immediately to schedule a time to meet. They were able to stop by within a day or so and gave my husband and I a quick inspection of our needs (free of charge). They showed up on time to do the work (they moved an outlet, installed a doorbell, and setup our ring camera) and were a delight to have in my house. I even bought a light timer to install myself but they took it from me and installed it right there, free of charge. THIS NEVER HAPPENS! Honestly, you will not be disappointed. If anything, you will be shocked that there are such kind AND intelligent vendors out there. I know I was. The only thing to note is that they're in super high demand so make sure you call them as soon as you think you'll need them!

Not only was Sean willing to go above and beyond, but his prices were fair, something he wanted to make sure I felt comfortable with. Working with Optimum Electrical was great. After getting a few quotes from larger electrical companies I decided to contact Optimum Electrical based on their Yelp reviews. I was able to get Sean on the phone and we walked through the scope of the project. I decided to book based on that conversation - easy to talk to (explaining things to me that I did not understand) and competitive pricing. These guys book two weeks out - worth the wait! Day of service was pretty straight forward, Sean and the other electrician worked efficiently and addressed any lingering questions I had. Highly recommend.

Optimum Electrical are professional, knowledgeable and friendly.
We called them in need to have an electric meter fixed per the city. Not only were they able to fix the meter they were able to fix other lose ends around the apartment to make sure nothing else would be noted during inspection. Fine, you are too busy now, but you don't need to be so rude answering calls. If you are fully booked for the next 6 weeks, indicate so here and don't accept inquires or record so in your outgoing message. Don't make us waste time trying to call you many times only to ruin the day by hearing such a rude response from you.

Sean and his team were incredible. They handled multiple small projects that I needed complete in my rental property in under 2 hours for a very reasonable price. They came to install a Tesla charger for my car and they did such a great job that I actually asked them if they could help me with installing a light switch that I could turn on remotely from my phone. They finished installing the Tesla charger and immediately started working on the light switch. They went to the store on the spot and got everything they needed in order to make my last minute request happen.

The attention to detail shows in their work. I highly recommended them and will never call anyone else again for my electrical needs. Thank you so much again, Sean and Mike! -A very Satisfied customer
