Tree fell on my house at 10pm. The tree ripped the power cable from my house. I called a 24/7 place first.. had to leave a message . Got in touch with these guys sometime the next morning. He dropped by as the tree company (different story) was getting started. I got a text about a permit needing to be pulled and an estimate. I gave them the go ahead and they pulled the permit and came back the next day (this was a timing issue). An apology was given about us being without power overnight. The next day their master tech, Micah Smith, came by a little before 8:30am. Fixed the problem and waited.

And waited and waited. Micah waited at the house until 2:40pm, long after he was done. I didn't have to call Walton EMC, they did it already. But he waited until they showed and hooked my house back up to the grid. He even tucked in some wires (did not try to up sell me) possibly out of boredom. When power was restored he walked through making sure power was going to the entire house.

I had a pleasant day interacting with Micah and will keep OnPoint on my list.
