As anyone who has hired contractors can attest, getting a responsive, reasonably priced and professional contractor can be a real challenge. I can safely say that Ajay is the exception to the rule.

I read Ajay's other reviews on Yelp and decided to reach out to him. Ajay got back to me in short order and came out to my house on a weekend with less than a day's notice. Within about 48 hours after that, I had a clear, detailed written quote that allowed me to make an informed decision.

After hiring Ajay, there were some changes to the scope of work, which he quickly adapted to. Unlike some others out there, Ajay didn't complain about an aspect of the job being too small (i.e. changing an exterior light fixture) or too complicated (installing a chandelier and recessed lighting about 20 ft up). Ajay is as reliable and even keeled as they come. No ego, no complaining, so surprise charges, no attitude. Ajay even had to come back on his own time when my ceiling fan manufacturer forgot a part.

I'm new to Valencia and can assure you that Ajay will be my go-to from here on out. If I have any pull, all of my new neighbors will be using him too.
