Had them come out to install a fan. Very responsive and we're able to come out the next day...don't get that very often these days. They hung the fan and told me they were done. I went in and the fan was lopsided. I point out that it was uneven so they said they would fix it. When they said they were done I went in and looked and it appeared even but when they left I went around the back side and it was still uneven. My fault I should have examined better but I also feel they should have more integrity to make sure the job is done right. Owner was friendly and came to make sure his workers were doing their job and to make sure we had no questions.

My husband called them to put two electrical outlets above our fireplace. They quoted 600.00 which sounded very high to me but they were there the next day and on time. The young man (very nice) checked out the job and then went to Homedepot for the supplies he needed. He cut 4 big holes in the dry wall (it's a mess cutting into drywall) BUT......he did't clean up the mess. He was on his way out the door and I had to remind him he was leaving his jacket and some tools behind. He dumped the plastic covering that he laid down to protect the carpet in my yard waste can plastic is not yard waste One and Only. He pulls out the driveway and leaves his empty 7-11 coffee cup on my lawn, I think this pissed me off the most. Tip for you One and Only.... bring a small shop vac and clean up your mess and take care of your garbage..... and don't forget your are NOT The one and only!

We worked with Mike ""Moshe"" Sabag, his wife Nina, and his team from 5/12/21 - 8/2/21 on the following:

1) Upgrading our panel to 200 amps,
2) Running a new line and installing the sub panel, and
3) Relocating our fuse box

For the 3 months it took his team to complete the above work, we struggled mightily with several deficiencies that I list out below.

The TLDR is Mike was slow, consistently late to deliver, struggled with communication, and had poor attention to detail. I would not recommend using him for the same job that we did. I can't comment on other work of his.

I've attached part of our communication thread because I think it's representative of our experience. Full disclosure they did knock $500 off the total balance due, which was kind, but did almost nothing to compensate for the overall frustration we felt. I'd rather have had a sincere apology or offer to rework (which we would have declined) instead.

What we learned is that a good, skilled craftsperson is hard to find. We are now searching for someone to review Mike's work and address several issues that may or may not be related to his team's work, but that likely should have been addressed during this job.

Good luck!

3 Areas on where this job went south:
1) Extremely poor communication that resulted in overall unfortunate management of this project
- Consistently late
- Mixed up dates that inspections were or were not happening, which pushed out subesequent work with other contractors.
- Mixed up when power would be turned off and for how long. For example, power off for 5-10 minutes is much different than 5 hours, so advance notice on these details are critical when folks are working from home with a need for internet.
- Almost every conversation about the project timeline/expectation was initiated my myself or my partner. The only exception to this was when Mike and Nina expected to get paid.

2) Overall messy work and failure to clean up after themselves.
- Ripped holes throughout our basement ceiling and in wall panels and didn't clean up after they left.
- Left full garbage bags in our front yard, said they'd come to pick them up the next day, and then, quite typically, didn't show up. I cleaned up the mess myself after racoons got into the trash.

3) Questionable decisions made without consulting us
- Mikes team cut into a structural floor joist in our basement
- Breakers are labeled incorrectly and poorly overall (e.g. labeled for locations that no longer existed).
- I told Mike to ""not bother coming back to the house"" and the next day he showed up unnanounced at my front door wanting to ""talk and clean up the trash."" I found it very unprofessional that he showed up onsite without notice. Every contractor I've ever worked with calls or texts before hand, and this felt like erratic and emotional behavior, which isn't ever great.

We needed an additional outlet installed in our garage ~ and they previously installed a ceiling fan (from a Home depot referral) so we called them. They called back and after speaking to my husband (not providing a possible cost range. The principal sent a young man to do project. The young guy came...and told us it would be $375 ~ which I questioned... my husband told him to proceed and did the install. When I returned home, I found that the guy was gone, new outlet was in place, and learned he charged $389. He also left a hole in our drywall.

Given the estimates I received from Yelp contractors, what we were charged was high. We have yet to receive a written invoice .
We were told the owner would send it to us via email~ which is concerning. Also, I wasn't able to find this young man's license info online.

If you consider this group....consider requesting license information and an true estimate before you use them.

These people are real shysters. Be careful. The owner/supervisor's name is moshe. He will claim to do certain work, not do it and completely expect full payment. He will also ask for a deposit, then before the job is finished, he will ask for more payment. I never signed any documents prior to the work, maybe that is on me, then after he ""completed the job"", which he didn't, he came after me for full payment. After explaining that he didn't complete the job, he sent over some workers to install lights in the wrong places. They will not replace drywall, they will make huge holes in your ceilings and walls, and you will have to pay more money to get it all fixed. DO NOT GO WITH THESE GUYS! They don't care about your home. On the last note, you will have to clean all the dust and debris they leave behind because they are really bad at tarping their work area.

Excellent.
Very fast, friendly, professional.
Very very very expensive
Half an hour worth of work, cleaning wires and two new fuses.
Moshe quoted a price of ""$12.50""
Actually $1,250 as Moshe looked at the electric panel.
I already had told him that I was visually impaired.
While doing the work he reduced the price to $850.00
Then Moshe had to write the check, because I cannot read or write due to my limited vision, he reduced it to $800.00 because he ""liked me!""
Still looking for a refund that has not materialized after two weeks?

In anyone's book, taking advantage of a visually impaired person is . . .?

They charged me 225 dollars for 5 mins work. I think this is too expensive. I understand this is the cost for troubleshooting but I felt it was too much for checking my switch tripped and ON it back . I would suggest to get a quote from them before you setup an appointment.

The office personnel were very courteous and seemed genuinely concerned about our electrical issue. They dispatched an electrician right away who quickly made repairs. They even followed-up after the visit to make sure we were completely satisfied!
They number is saved in my ""speed dial"". Highly recommend them!
