D K.This is a sham outfit Name was provided by my warranty company. Came to house to inspect double oven....did not perform ANY electrical tests on oven components...told warranty company I needed new upper and lower control units + new mother board when only upper oven unit was not working. I paid $45 for service call and then they WOULD NOT return my phone call. Stay away from this company!!!!!
