Worst service ever. ""Not On Time,"" or ""Not At All"" is more like it. Do not consider using them.
Had a furnace breaker go out, called On Time Electric on a Friday and they set an appointment window of 8am-10am on Saturday. Saturday at 10am they haven't shown or called.
I called their service at 10am, they didn't have a record of my appointment for some reason, but said it was probably in another system.
I called their service every half hour from 10am to 5pm, asking if anyone was going to show up. They said that they paged the on-call electrician (two of them), and the electrician was supposed to call me. They never did. After my sixth call the service escalated to the manager, on the 7th call they said they couldn't get in touch with him. No one ever called me back.
I spent Saturday afternoon calling about a dozen other electricians in the area, finally got in touch with a real person (i.e. not voice mail) at AMP UP Electric. Andrew from AMP UP came out to the house that evening and replaced the breakers and checked out the rest of the subpanel. He was awesome.
Don't waste your time with On Time Electric. They will only waste your time.

Left a mess.
Didn't bring the correct part despite my telling them what I suspected needed replacement. Then 1/3 of total time was spent looking for it and then going with me to buy it.
$250 for one hour job of which 1/3 was getting the part.
Left a mess when he left.

Rick from On-Time Electric came to replace a door bell and a fan switch. I purchased my own door bell, and the only material provided is the fan switch. These simple jobs took less than 30 minutes and the bill was $375.00, and this is after the ""ONLINE"" discount given to me. My initial call with the girl who set up the appointment refused to provide the estimation of price either, I guess they know well enough by ""providing"" the estimation may as well scared everybody away.
I called the On Tim Electric to hope to get a clarification for why the charges for labor is so high and I needed to get some credit back, but I was told that if I were not happy about the price then i should not have let Rick do the job.
I will certainly not use this company again. I could have replace these myself. This is just simple electrical jobs; not a surgery performed by a surgeon or software design that charge really expensive by the hour.
My advise, don't be afraid to say no if you are not happy with the quote and ask the electrician to leave the property and do not pay anything.

Way, Way overpriced. Charged me $145 for less than 5min work. When asked about their 100% satisfaction guarantee, the owner said ""well did you sign the paper?"" They wouldn't even come down in price, as the owner kept rambling on about how I wanted them to be more like Fox. I don't even know who Fox is.... I'LL NEVER USE THIS COMPANY AGAIN EVER!!!

We used On Time twice, and both times experienced good work, timely electricians, knowledgeable workers, but expensive prices.
Recently we had three things done: wiring repair for our den, changing of ballasts in overhead garage light, and removal of a chandelier that needs repair. The man was there for under two hours and the bill was over $500. The only part he used were the ballasts, which are cheap.
I will use someone else next time.
