Spoke to the owner, Rick. Rude, unprofessional, cheesy, no sense of urgency. Surprised they're still in business. Or maybe NOT! I am selling my house and there was an expired permit that was discovered from his company. Made multiple attempts to contact him, sent an email, listing agent called, etc. No response. Finally spoke to him, gave me an excuse that he was talking to her daughter on the other line and will call me back. Nothing. I had to pay an engineering company for an affidavit for the city to close the expired permit just so I can close on my house in a week. Cost me $610! DO NOT HIRE THIS COMPANY!!!!

As a General Contractor On Time Electric has to be the most unprofessional company I have ever worked with. Contrary to their name, they were rarely on time, did not communicate well, failed to wire can lights in ceiling and failed to install the switch resulting in drywall repair. After multiple calls to finish the project, Michael Henin stopped taking or returning calls and abandoned the job. I was able to get the project completed and get the final inspection with the help from another electrician.
Would never recommend On Time Electric!

Stood us up twice, two days in a row. Didn't even bother to call or text that he wouldn't make it during our promised two hour windows of time - we reached out to him at end of the day. We took off work to sit and wait for the guy two days in a row. Meanwhile, we have electricity problems. Do not waste your time! After reading other reviews about this company, I won't waste any more of my time, and more importantly, I won't risk my family's lives and property. Lousy people skills, unreliable, and untrustworthy.

This guy (Rick from on time electric) is a total jerk. I just called him to ask about a job that I need done and he laughed out loud at me because I ""sounded like I wanted to sell him something "". All I did was say hello and tell him my name! Is that not proper manners anymore? His response after an awkward delay was a very rude ""what's the job sir?"" I was on the phone with him for under a minute and the impression he left with me is so bad that I actually hate the guy! I told him that I didn't feel the call was going well and that I would call someone else. His response was ""GOOD!""...and he hung up on me. No people skills. There are dozens of other electricians out there, I'll find one that appreciates a new customer. I suggest you all do the same.

I called On Time Electric to fix a outlet plug onto a chord (that had been broken). It took the technician less than 5 minutes to fix. While waiting, I overheard him brag that he had prime rays seats for games.
When completed he told me, smugly, you should have asked for an estimate and handed me a bill for $50.
I am a single parent and only fixed the fuse ball table chord because my kids love to play. I vowed never to do service with this type of company again.

The electrician came exactly on time. He diagnosed the problem which took a while as there was a cut wire in the attic. He explained everything to me and was very patient. I thought the price was reasonable and well within what other licensed electricians charge.

I was shocked by a wire they forgot to cut the power to after a remodel.

Late for our appointment window, came to look at my hot water heater and breaker, since we had no hot water and our breaker kept tripping. Came an tightened a bolt in the heater, charged $149 ad left. I still have no hot water.

Our pool timer burned out and within two hours the electrician Tom was here and fixed everything. He was extremely professional and very reasonable. I would definitely recommend them in the future for any of my electrical work! Very satisfied!

Do not use this company. They are way overpriced. In January 2017 I called them to replace a hot water heater breaker. I was charged $207 for a $25 dollar part. It took him less than 15 minutes to change it out. When I questioned the amount he said it was an older type and harder to find .A GTE Sylvania needs to be replaced with the same kind.He replaced it with the wrong kind. This one looks like he forced into the slot.
A week ago the hot water breaker failed again that's when I realized he changed the wrong breaker. The correct one is listed on the order form. The one he changed was the heater breaker,
My panel is clearly marked identifying what breaker is for what area. The two breakers are several slots away from each other and different colors.
I will never call this company again and I'm telling everyone I know.
