I do not recommend this company.

We prepaid for maintenance service (tune-up), which is supposed to give you a better price plus a member discount. Each time they've come to service our AC, the tech is rushed and/or only concerned about finding a way to up charge.

In May 2024, they serviced our AC and he was in and out in the shortest amount of time we have ever had a service performed on our AC. He even told us he was tired cause it's been a long day and he just wants to go home. I found the screws in the outside unit reinserted crooked. I seriously doubt a complete service was performed.

October 2024, our AC went out. Their tech recommended adding Freon and it should hold for ""about 2 years or so."" He refused to check entire AC system for issues even though we were paying a diagnostic fee. I understand searching for a leak is separate, that's not what I was asking him to do. He didn't even want to check upstairs unit. Paid for Freon, there's no telling how much was actually added pretty much have to take their word for it. The Freon only held for 2-3 days. I'm sure with a leak that significant his gauges should have signaled that there was no point in adding Freon because it wasn't holding pressure.

I called my regular AC guy, he located the leak, removed our coil and replaced it under warranty, added 12 lbs of Freon for much much less than we would have paid ""On the way.""

Sometimes it's not worth the hassle trying to support local small businesses. We have one prepaid service left with them and they can keep the money cause I don't trust them to do a good job.

Excellent work, excellent, service, excellent price. I had a leak under my sink and it was fixed no problem. He also changed an old valve and replaced all the gaskets. Perfect.

Contracted twith ON THE WAY to install Kohler generator. Gave me a turn key estimate to install, then told me that was just for the electrical. They waived the gas hook up fee and hooked up the gas as a courtesy. (Thank you) They did not regulate gas pressure or tell me that it needed to be regulated. Several hundred dollars later, problem solved. After 19 MORE months of generator failures, come to find out that electricity was installed incorrectly, causing parts on the generator to fail. Due to incorrect installation, warranty was void.

I've had really good experience with their electricians. When I build my home, my previous electrician left the rough in unfinished. I called On the Way and they came to help me right away. It was a big job and they handled the permit and inspection very well. They took care of it from the start to finish. It was a stress free experience for me. Everyone I met was very polite. When I called them for a small work in my garage, they handled it with care and speed just like a big job.
They are very fair with their pricing. But with the quality of their work, it's a great deal. Their quote was a lot less than other company by 5-10k.
The owners are so nice and honest. They're in business helping others. I rehab homes and I've gone through so many contractors. I never speak highly of any of them but On the Way electricians are exceptional. You'll be glad you call them

Great company! From my call this AM to the finished work - a good experience. The receptionist was very nice, and communication about arrival time for the work was relayed regularly through text. So easy.

I called Ron's @ 4 on a Friday, ""my senior"" parents air had went out during this 100+ weather. He immediately said he would take care of them. (We called others who simply let us know- that would be overtime hours, since it was Friday @4)

We've used Bedard's twice now. The first time was in April when they helped us with our old central A/C which kept icing up. They fixed the problem within an hour and were very reasonable.

We knew we had to replace it soon so we asked them to find us a good quality, reasonably priced 3 ton unit. They beat Sears' price by a couple of thousand and installed it within a week. We've had no problems in two months. Highly recommend them.
