I have nothing but great things to say about this company. I reached out to a lot of electric companies on yelp for an estimate on replacing all of the outlets and light switches in a house I just purchased and most either never answered, were very slow with responding, or would not give me an estimate.

On Point was the only place that got back to me promptly and scheduled a walkthrough to give me an estimate.

Phil's estimate was fair and after the work was done, I paid exactly what I was estimated for the work.

He went above and beyond and even fixed some of the old coaxial and telephone ports around the house too.

I also had him add an extra outlet in my kitchen and install some new retrofit LED bulbs in my living room.

The price is fair, the work ethic is great, the work is done in a timely manner, and everyone I have spoken too at this business has been very friendly.

I cannot see myself ever working with another electric company.

The office responds quickly with courtesy. The electrician held a high level of technical acumen. He installed a level 2 car charger ensuring plenty of power for my EV while also ensuring safety measures for my home. Ask for Jody for your residential electric needs.

Phil contacted me almost immediately through email and phone calls after I left my review that no one contacted me. He apologized for the non-response. I am a businessman as well, and I understand that sometime we screw up, and it's happenned to me. What's important is that he owned up to it, and contacted me immediately. Unfortunately, we hired someone else already, but I'm sure Phil would be great, based on the ratings on Yelp.

Priced the work to run a dedicated 110v line from my breaker box to a jetted bathtub that was improperly installed. Even came back after the plumber removed the tub to complete the work. Phil is great.
