wow- sometimes things go really smoothly and you have to marvel in it! These guys are awesome. A few years ago they came to my home with their super size XL ladders and changed out some light fixtures. I was impressed with them then and still impressed with them now. They just came to my house today to install lighting- they were quick, thorough, informative, took the extra effort to keep added wire and chain available in case I wanted to move the fixture in the future. They put pads on the ladder to protect my hardwoods, and brought in their own broom and dust pan to clean up. They were efficient and got everything done in under an hour- even though on the phone they said it could take longer (I mean, what company does that? beats their quoted time and charges you less??) Wish there were 10 stars. Jeremiah is great- call him for anything electric in your home!

Got a referral from a friend. The owner came out to do an estimate and the crew he sent in was able to do the work in much less time and much less money. Very professional and courteous. Very knowledgable and on call electric found all sorts of problems and completed all sorts of work my general contractor from a kitchen remodel left me as a good by present.

They send you an invoice after work is performed and details were exactly correct down to the light bulb they installed. Good operations.

Dave and his mate, Serge (?) have been working on my home during a top-to-bottm remodel partially due to water damage. My insurance company sent this subcontracting company out through one of their preferred contractors and I was given a scope of work that would be done and a ball park figure on the work, but when they went back to the contractor and the insurance company they changed the whole scope of work and I never got a copy of the scope from the contractor. I think they forget who's house it is........

They explain what they are doing and give you a price with no surprises. They are on time and very courteous. They leave a work area clean before they leave. Very brief encounter - they came to look at our problem - faulty electrical system for our water heater, figured it out quickly, charged a very reasonable rate and were very flexible with our schedules.

My light switch started malfunctioning a day or two ago. After a few tries to get it back on, it started buzzing, which didn't sound like a good thing. I opened the face plate, and since I live in an old home it looked like there was plaster all over the switch. That's when I decided I needed a professional.

I trolled the Internet, and searched yelp to find Heather S' review of 'On Call, so I decided to call them up. After a couple rings Jeremiah answered and was very easy to talk to. I told him what the problem was and if he was available anytime soon. He informed me that usually he charges a minimum to come to my area, but since he was already close by, due to another job, he would just swing by and attend to my problems. He gave me a quote, but said it may be less after he looked at the job.

Jeremiah was prompt and on time, very nice, and actually charged us LESS THEN HALF of what he quoted us for! He did a great job. I would use him again, and highly recommend his services to anyone needing an electrician.
