I called Omega today with an electric problem related to a power outage and James (the owner) walked me over the phone with the simple solution and waited for me to resolve the problem. I have never met James nor have I ever done business with this company Omega. This simple phone call made me a very satisfied customer and a forever client. It seemed James was more interested in customer satisfaction and establishing a long-term clientele, than making the ""quick-buck'. Thank you James. I hope I don't ever need an electrician. But if I ever do, I will call your office.

I had Omega Watt out for an estimate for various jobs at our house. The first estimate date passed without any notification that the appointment would be missed but they got me on the schedule the next day after I called to inform them of the missed appointment. The electrician was thorough and kind but seemed to add many parts to our job list as we went, in a way that was kind of pushy. When he looked around and saw the electric panel, he said it needed to be replaced immediately as soon as this week. I called in another electrician with more experience for a second opinion and he said it did not need to be fully replaced though he did confirm 2-3 of the components did need to be corrected (old breakers, an insufficient grounding system, and replace the surge protection). The pricing was mostly comparable to other quotes, a bit higher, but the salesman-esque approach turned us away to another company.

From the time I scheduled the appointment with Kimberly to the time the job was completed it was a pleasure. They arrived on time and Kimberly kept me informed. I felt like a family member
Lee Wright and James Cormany were the electricians who did my work. They were professional and friendly. Explained everything in terms this single widow could understand. It was hot out but they worked tirelessly without a break.
I had appointments with two other electric companies last week. One had me waiting for 3 hours only to tell me it would be another 2 hours. The other was similar, I waited 2 hours only to be told when I called that they didn't know when they'd be there. They definitely didn't put my needs first. Not so with Omega. I was number one the entire time.
Don't waste your time with another company. This business is trustworthy and the job they did is fantastic. It looks great and I'm safe. Highly recommend.
