I was pleasantly surprised at how professional and efficient Omega Electrical is. From the moment I called to the end of the project, I have nothing but praise for their work ethic and customer service. I needed to cancel and change a few outlets for an electric stove, hood, and a refrigerator. They did an excellent job and even asked if I wanted a light above the sink. The price is reasonable and affordable, compared to other quotes I obtained. There are always unexpected issues that come up, but they were handled with patience and understanding. I now know who to call for future projects.

I asked for a quote for an electric panel upgrade and got one the same day. Once I scheduled the guys, they were here promptly at 6:30 am and finished the job the same day around 5:00 pm. My panel had to be relocated, but still finished it all in one day. Yeah he best was they only had the electricity off for a few hours when I thought I'd be without power all day.

Nelson was so helpful. He answered all my questions for my Tesla Wall Charger Installation in a timely manner. He was able to schedule me despite their busy schedules.

When the technicians came, they explained what they were going to do and gave me options on how the lines can be assesmbled. They did an amazing job on trying to hide the cable as much as they can. Technicians we're also wearing their mask the whole time following COVID precautions.

Will definitely hire them again if I need any kind if electrical issues!

Don't waste your time with this not honest company. they advertise promotion in Yelp for $69 for $99 deal. I contacted and spoke with Nelson and he didn't offer this promotion and want me to sign hourly rate of $109/hr. He texted me saying $99 if I give him good ratings at three online places. Really? $10 off for good ratings at three locations? Not talk about proving great service and honor advertised promotion? Also what happened to free consultation? A lot of misleading....

I did not hired them since started with not honest and since this is for electrical service for the house.

I had a dangerous problem with my electrical lines feeding into my meter box, i used the Yelp app to broadcast my quote request, Nelson with Omega was quick to reply, the others were slow and did not understand the issue. Once I decided to go with Omega, I signed their agreement & their crew was here by the sheduled time, completed the work quickly. I will certainly use Omega Electrical for all my future Electrical needs, they were very professional and treated my time with respect. Thank you Nelson & Team!

This is I met best Electric Company. First very profesional. They quote price only throw the phone and no hidden cost. Some Company have to charge estimate fee. The price is very reasonable. The technician work hard and clean up the area after work. I recommend this Company.

Not satisfied with their service. When they were installing the camera & light on the side of the house, they ended up making extra holes than originally stated because there was a wood beam that they did not detect in the beginning which blocked the path of with wires. That is not so bad in and of itself but it was compounded by the fact that they did not complete the job on the same day and left me with 3 large holes in the wall.

I spoke with them regarding my concerns about the late start time for my appointment (6:00 pm) considering that the estimated time for the job was over 5 hours. I specifically asked if they could complete all of the tasks on time but they stated that it would not be an issue because ""they had headlights"" and could work late.

To their credit, they did complete a fair portion of the tasks but leaving the job incomplete, arriving late, providing an estimated return time of 5 days later to complete the job, and a snarky attitude from the person who handled customer service added up to a disappointing experience.
