I do not know how to spell the technician's name, I think it is Vasyl. He was amazing. Very knowledgeable, very patient, and very thorough. He came out to give me a quote, then after I saw that Old Town beat the competitor's quote, he came back within 2 days. He was on time, finished one job I needed, then helped me problem-solve on my old house for the better part of an hour to find solutions for other electrical issues. He was very committed to safety and patiently explained everything to me. When he left, he tidied up as well. Just a polite, hard working guy who knows what he is doing! I will only use Old Town again for any of my electrical needs.

Where do I start. This guy offered to do my job for a specific amount that matched another offer, but his price match did not include one of the parts of the job. He did not tell me this. I gave him a low rating because of this and he came the next day and asked me to change my review rating if he finished the job for the same price he quoted. I agreed and changed my review, but then he ghosted me and didn't come back and finish the job. This ratting is the end result of all of that.

Absolutely excellent service from the folks at OldTown. I requested a quote for pendant light install which would involve running new lines and installing (expanding) a switch to control them. They were very responsive and were able to install the wiring the morning they came out to take a look at the house. All in they were competitive with pricing and willing to work with me on specific needs. I have passed along their information to my father; pretty high praise I'd say.

Great customer service, quality, pricing and cycle time. Out of 5 quotes from the area, they were among the best but what sets them aside is the attention to customer need and honesty. I really wanted my ev charger installed a specific way (clean of visible conduit outside) and they found a safe and cost effective way to do it. Other quotes from local companies overcharged + added a considerable extra cost for obtaining the city permit. Old Town Electric kept communication transfer ant and the work past inspection on the first thorough check. I'm happy with the quality even now, a month later.
