I had Vitaliy come out and install some lighting in the house, quote was very reasonable and competitive with other local companies without any of the "" if you don't buy now we won't be available again for 20 years"" pushy sales tactics. He did a great job explaining what would be required parts wise, the length and impact of the job, as well as answer a barrage of questions for me. Once I agreed to the pricing he was back out in a few days and completed the job in a shorter time frame than he originally promised and made sure to clean up anything he had brought or caused while he was there. Overall extremely happy with the service and pricing, you really can't go wrong. Would use again and have recommended to a few of my friends.

I do not know how to spell the technician's name, I think it is Vasyl. He was amazing. Very knowledgeable, very patient, and very thorough. He came out to give me a quote, then after I saw that Old Town beat the competitor's quote, he came back within 2 days. He was on time, finished one job I needed, then helped me problem-solve on my old house for the better part of an hour to find solutions for other electrical issues. He was very committed to safety and patiently explained everything to me. When he left, he tidied up as well. Just a polite, hard working guy who knows what he is doing! I will only use Old Town again for any of my electrical needs.

Where do I start. This guy offered to do my job for a specific amount that matched another offer, but his price match did not include one of the parts of the job. He did not tell me this. I gave him a low rating because of this and he came the next day and asked me to change my review rating if he finished the job for the same price he quoted. I agreed and changed my review, but then he ghosted me and didn't come back and finish the job. This ratting is the end result of all of that.
