Initially Drew responded quickly and asked me to call to discuss the job, which I did. He promised to send someone out to do a quote, but a week later I hadn't heard back so I updated him on the job. He responded that he didn't think we'd had any prior contact. I corrected this and he apologized and asked me to text him, which I did. But after that I heard nothing.

I was in need of getting the home EV charging station installed. Use Yelp project feature to request quote. Most of the customers like me probably prefer someone who can come asap and at a fair price. Many shops responded to my request right away, starting to ask more info that I already entered, or set up an appointment just to do a walk through. I believe my small project don't need such extensive walk through and can be done by pics or videos. Morgan from OHMS responded later and share some photos and asking some questions. They actually available the same day. Two you g gentlemen show up and start getting to work. Because of the special parts required, both of them pick up the phone and call all over the places to find parts. They end up driving to Oakland and spend extra couple hours to get the part and back to complete the job. They both learn the trade from their family and start working even before graduating from the high school. Now after years of experience, they have their own company and working hard to do the job. I really think young gentlemen like them who work hard and treat customers nice are to be encouraged. I would recommend them to anyone based on my experience and my personal interaction with them.

Drew and Morgan worked through a list of electrical tasks I'd collected for some time, ranging from running ethernet cable to installing new ceiling light fixtures. They did the work over a couple of days late September/early October. They were pleasant to work with and most tasks were completed satisfactorily. They clearly knew what they were doing and had good suggestions to deal with problem situations. However I have to give them a mediocre review due to a few flaws. Little things were that they were a bit sloppy, leaving wire strippings, packaging, etc. lying around in some places and dumping trash into my recycling bin leaving me to sort it out. They installed a mis-matched switch in a 4-gang switch box. An outdoor security light was not set properly. There were some leftover parts in boxes for new fixtures which the instructions indicating they should have been installed. They failed to install one of the new outdoor light fixtures. They never provided the promised detailed scope of work invoice I'd asked for when they were done. When I contacted them about the mis-matched switch and outdoor light fixture, they said they'd order the correct switch and would come out when it arrived. After several weeks with no word, I texted them and was told they were ""too busy right now"". After another month I texted again and have received no response. I finally gave up and either did the work myself or will get someone else. So shame on me for paying them before doing a more thorough evaluation of their work. If you hire them, don't make the same mistake.

We needed quite a few outlets and switches replaced, a light installed in the garage, 3 new flush mount ceiling lights installed, 2 cans replaced with LED lights and 2 under the counter lights installed.
