I hired OHMS to install a Tesla wall charger and repair a dryer outlet that was on the fritz at my house. Within a day of calling them, we had a full quote, confirmed the parts they needed, and they were at my house the next day and done within a couple hours. Because of the way my house is wired, the work required some special parts, and they were able to accommodate and execute without a hitch. We wanted to update our kitchen lighting. Their bid wasn't the lowest, but was good. No visit, only discussion by text. I gave some final conditions for agreeing, which it turns out they hadn't read. Thus, they wanted to charge more. We compromised as I didn't want more hassle, but I was sorry about that lack of responsiveness. The work went fine, otherwise, and they were pleasant, thoughtful, and polite.
