John was referred to us by Home Depot for the installation of a ceiling fan. He was the first to contact us, actually before the fan was delivered. Two days later we received the fan, and telephoned John, and he said he could make the installation the same day. He was very professional, pleasant and very neat. He installed the fan, brought all the packaging materials downstairs. He demonstrated how to use the remote control. John was the first electrician to contact us after my husband and I requested a referral from Home Depot following the purchase of a ceiling fan/light for our kitchen. He was available at short notice the day before Easter and provided the lowest bid of all electricians who responded to our referral request. He promptly arrived at the agreed upon time and was able to complete the installation of our fan within an hour. After he was finished, my husband asked him for a quote to repair hanging chandeliers in our en-suite bathroom that had not been working properly for quite some time. When John saw the chandeliers, he advised us that they were a fire hazard and needed to be removed immediately. He told us that if we didn't want to pay for the replacement of the lights themselves, he still could not in good conscience leave the chandeliers installed because the risk of fire, whether in use or not, was so great. What is especially significant about his warning is that we had at least two electricians making small repairs in the same bathroom over the past several years, and neither of these electricians warned us about the hazard these hanging lights presented. Of course, we agreed to complete the removal and replacement, and John was gracious enough to wait for us while we went to purchase our new light fixtures. John not only does excellent work, but his concern for the safety of his clients and their homes is even more reason to hire him.

I manage a small habitational building and have worked with several electricians over the years. In the past I have dealt with some electricians who do not arrive on time for the appointment, some who try to charge more than the true cost of the repair or, and I have met a couple; who give me the impression that they don't really want to work, or they want to make just a couple of bucks fast -they looked tired, arrived late and they give me only the easiest options for the repairs instead of permanent ones, Ohanes (John) is COMPLETELY the opposite: he arrived on time, he was VERY honest in his appraisal and VERY professional -and fast, in the work he did: he replaced the sub-panel; he added additional breakers to it and separated the circuits). I will definitely use his services in the future and I recommended him for your electrical projects; professional and hard-working people like him deserve recognition and more jobs.
