Called OG Electric for a quote. Explained to him my concerns and off the bat he suggested that I call PG&E because it could be a problem on their end. He was right!!!! So, although I didn't officially hire him for any work, his professional knowledge of troubleshooting a problem saved us money. Thank you so much OG Electric!
