He answered my call for service the same day and fixed my garbage disposal, replaced my electric box and even got my icemaker to work - for which he did not even charge me. We called Oscar today and he was at our house within 30 minutes. After receiving a very high quote earlier in the day, I was hesitant - at best. I had nothing to worry about. Oscar at ODG Service and Maintenance LLC is fantastic.

Long story short Oscar came to my rescue.

He came in and corrected everything a previous contractor did wrong.

He was excellent with communicating with me. I was unable to physically be there as I was out of town. He would send amble amount of pictures before, during, and after.

Today it is very hard to find a reputable and honest contractor. If you contact Oscar at ODG Service and Maintenance LLC, you will get that kind of service.

After many quotes we chose Oscar to help us with our quick fix. We had some outrageous quotes for a simple fix. Oscar was honest and as helpful as can be. Came right over to fix the problem, and walked us through what he was doing and how to prevent it in the future. He also let us know that he does more then plumbing. He mentioned that he does electrical and contracting as well. We are going to have him do our high hats as well in our home now. Glad we found him. Definitely give him a call if you need work done!

My electrician arrived when he promised, he gave me a fair quote, he started as soon as I asked, and he completed the job quickly.
He cleaned up the work area and came prepared.

Waking up to no hot water on a Monday is not the good start to a week. My water heater had tripped its breaker, because the wire had melted and shorted. It had happened twice before, and while my husband had made temporary fixes, I took the third occurrence to be a sign to call a professional. I called three other electricians-- one of them couldn't make it out until Wednesday, another couldn't make it out until the following week, and another gave me a ""I might be able to go out today."" Then, I called Oscar. At first he didn't answer, so I left a voicemail. He gave me a call back within 10 minutes and told me he'd be able to come out at 2 pm (I called at around 9:30 am). He said he had a couple of other jobs to handle, and that he would call me when he was done. At 1:40, he texted me and let me know he was one his way! He came and took a look, knew exactly what the problem was, and told me he was going to go to Home Depot to look at prices of the the materials he would need, and he would then send me a quote. There was no charge to give me an estimate, and I found his quote to be reasonable for the work he had to do, so I had him go ahead and fix the issue. I'm very happy with his work and of course very happy to have hot water again. Definitely recommend ODG Services!

This is a review that warrants more than one or two sentences. I had an urgent need to repair one of my master bedroom sinks due to a leak, which I tried to fix myself by relying on the staff at Lowes.. A total failure and a waste of time and money. I decided to use Yelp and send a few requests for quotes, a total of 5 local companies within a 5mi radius of Coral Springs (Turtle Run area). Only 3 responses within 10 minutes, while 2 of the 3 responded with the minimum charge to repair the leak and restore the sink. Now, the 3rd company was ODG Services and Maintenance. Oscar Gonzalez responded with a message on Yelp and we scheduled an appt the following day at 10am. I had to cancel the appt due to work and Oscar was pleasant and agreed to meet the following day, same time. Oscar was 5 minutes early, professional, knowledgeable, friendly, dog friendly and kept me updated before he started the work on how much it will cost and how long it will take. While he was repairing the problem sink, the second sink had a minor issue in the faucet and he took a look and found the problem. He made a quick trip to Lowes to buy the required parts and fixed sink #2. For me, this is the ULTIMATE customer service experience I've ever received besides being a guest at the Disney hotels...

Oscar from ODG Services is the ultimate professional! I called five different handymen in Pompano Beach on Monday, and Oscar was the only one available next day. He replaced a laundry room door, added new locks and bolt, changed a light fixture, and fixed my toilet all in one afternoon. Worried that Oscar won't come out because your job is too small? He loves small jobs! Great communication the entire afternoon, from providing the estimate, going to Home Depot to get the supplies, texting there and back so I knew when he was on his way, and providing a professional invoice for all of the work and materials. He even hauled away the broken door, so I didn't have to make a long trip to the dump! This guy is the real deal!
