I'm a fan... Tom's a good teacher... he showed up on a weekend to address a dryer that kept blowing a fuse... discovered sparking/burning inside the main box by an incorrectly installed set of incompatible fuses. Only charged weekday rates given we tried to get him Friday and he couldn't fit us in. He's really likable, and I trust that he's giving you a straight scoop, worked quickly, etc.

The last time we called him was five years ago... while he was here on other work last time he found a live wire dangling in the basement! Glad he was here...

Like most professional tradespeople it's not the easiest to book him... lots of calling cell phones, texting, telling to call back in a few hours if I don't hear back, etc. It's not like booking a reservation for a restaurant on a mobile app... it's a bit more like an ad hoc negotiation, but I think that's unfortunately just the way things are in trades here.

The ceiling light fixture had a broken light box. Tom was able to come at last minute during the weekend and fixed the problem quickly. He wore a mask during the entire service. Highly recommend him, and thanks for your help, Tom!

The Pandemic Electricians! It simply doesn't get better than this. Tom was here within the hour for an electrical issue involving our furnace/blower. He was a lifesaver. It has been hot out lately - and we needed the electrical fix ASAP as we head into the weekend. Tom wore a mask and respected social distancing during his entire visit all while fixing our problem. But not only did he find the exact fix - he was thorough and educated me about much of what he found and did. This is the critical difference with Tom and Julian. They help you understand the issues and assist you to avoid having the same issue twice. They point out safety issues as they progress to the solution. Oh, and Tom was so nice to our kids while he was here. That was icing on the cake. We have called on them many times and will continue doing so into the future.

Very responsive and was able to get help with a malfunctioning box/breaker on Memorial Day weekend which was very much appreciated. Took a bunch of time to explain what was wrong, how things were working/not working and why. A little pricey but very responsive. Would definitely use them again in the future.

I want to thank Tom and Julian. I was having an issue with one of my light switches. I was afraid it Might start an electrical fire. So I called Tom yesterday (during this pandemic) and he sent Julian out today. Super friendly and Julian figured out the issue and got me all fixed up.

I can't thank them enough.

On top of everything, they didn't ask for payment, but for a donation to Ecumenical Hunger Program. How awesome it that!!!!

Half of our home's power went out over a weekend. I called several electricians. Only two answered and only Tom said he'd be there in the hour. His years of experience were evident as he triaged what was wrong and help us resolve the issue which was not where we expected. I appreciate Tom being responsive and resourceful!
