Regina the receptionist made me an appointment for a few days later with one of their electricians. Today was supposed to be my appointment but when no one showed or contacted me regarding my appointment, I called Regina back. Not only did she not have my address and info, but she proceeded to tell me that actually NO ONE could come today because I was in Vista. For a business based in Vista, I'm perplexed. Complete waste of my day and time.

10/10 would not recommend Regina or Ochoa electric.

Let me start by saying I called two other electricians to come to my home to see about adding a 220 so we could have a spa on our back deck. Both charged a ""$120 consultation"". I was a moron and paid for one only to say- ""impossible because of where the panel was located"".

I called Ochoa and they came (free) and was super creative and not only said they could - but did.

They were amazing!

If asked to pay a ""$120 fee""- run.

Chose Ochoa!
