This may be a little different then most reviews. i am not Typically one too talk this way about someone that aside from a business transaction I don't really know. I feel meeting Calep and Gerber was a blessing that my wife gave to me. I am moving into a mobile home to be closer to my grandkid. these two men worked so hard sheet rocking the whole house, plus added recessed lighting throughout and if you've ever seen the way the electrical is done in a mobile home that was a huge undertaking and they did an excellent job for fair price. these men are Exceptional I highly recommend them for any task you need to have done.

We strongly ""DO NOT"" recommend this company for any of your project needs. We had an agreement with Ocho 5 Builders (Calep) to hardwire our Swim Spa. Never showed, never called, failed returning messages and completely unprofessional. We CANNOT even give this company ONE STAR that is how bad this experience has been. We had to give them a minimum of one star in order to post the review. Rest assured this one star rating is not warranty.

Electricians did the work as requested, techs also repaired any wall damage left behind and was able to setup my smart video doorbell, which I use everyday, additionally they were able to assist with another electrical outlet while onsite.

I hired this fella to put in pre-hung doors, that was our agreement only to have him take all 5 pre-hung doors off their frames and then put the doors in the existing frames. It was unbelievable! I told Calip I paid for the prehung doors and I was paying him 200 ea. to put in the prehung doors. I told him he has to make this right and he offered 300 off. Peanuts to what I lost. I didn't take it it was an insult. Calip, had no right to unilaterally make that kind of decision after we agreed to prehung doors in writing. He cost me a-lot of money and the lights he put in the kitchen was poorly done and I had to repair the dry wall. Pictures coming!

Manuel was remarkable. He responded to the Yelp request super fast & told me that he would be at my house by Friday. He came in, looked at the project, and told me his cost, which was super affordable compared to what other electricians were quoting me.

Overall, my experience with him was smooth, professional, and efficient. He did the job in less than an hour, and I was pleased with his workmanship.

He is my go-to electrician now, and I would recommend him if you are looking for someone who knows exactly what they are doing; and oh, someone affordable also.

Very pleased with the work provided by Manuel. He came out to give an estimate on a hardwire issue for a security lamp/camera. A quote was provided and he was able to complete our project that afternoon. We like like his work because the installation looks great and neatly done. Manuel also cleaned up his work area - didn't leave a mess or residual materials behind. Will use his services again!!
