OceanHead jumped through hoops to get everything working, plus dealing with SolarEdge's warranty and shipping departments for us to get the new inverter and the parts we needed. Wooohooo... we just got our solar panels(PV System) installed. I looked at several companies and made my final decision to go with Ocean Head Solar & Electric based on the cost. From the beginning our consultant John Yeh was awesome. Never did I feel rushed or pressured into buying anything. John explained the process very thoroughly. He got us the approval through HECO & our association in a timely manner. Gail and the staff were on top of things. They were able to start half a day earlier and finished on time. We would recommend OceanHead Solar & Electric over and over again. We were apprehensive at first but John Yeh met with us promptly to explain the process and answer all questions. He took care of all the paperwork with HECO and our home association. Gail and Michelle worked with us to get what we expected from a solar system, even though we really didnt know. They worked with us to position the batteries where we thought was best for weather. They set us up to have power IN the house through an outage (we learned this is not automatic, so ask up front). They showed up on site to check on the progress and final product. Michelle actually inspects their work and applies the stickers!

The electricians and installers were professional, friendly, and good at what they do. The pipes and lines are clean and neat. Though it rained, they worked safe to get our system up and running.

Sorry so long, but one last thing... we contacted five solar companies before deciding on Oceanhead. They were tops in response time, communication, reliability, listening to our needs, knowing our community, and Price! ($20,000 less than some of the others)
