Oceans Electric, John responded to me in less then 5 minutes and was at my house in 20 minutes, looking at the heater he knew exactly what was wrong. After working just 30 minutes the heater was working and hot water was flowing again.

I can't express how awesome Ocean electric is! I was stuck with a small last minute electrical issue identified during an inspection and the owner went out of his way to run over to the house late afternoon at the last minute to fix the problem. He didn't even charge me extra to do it! He saved the day & was very kind! Can't thank him enough! I whole heartedly recommend this company!

John from Ocean Electric is incredible. He came out to give me an estimate on installing an outlet for our dryer. He found a simpler way to do it and also caught a serious electrical problem with our appliance caused by the original installer. He fixed it up and made sure it was working and safe before he left. He jumped through a lot of hoops to make it right and did it without charging us an arm and a leg. He gave us an amazing deal and we won't use anybody but him for all our electrical needs in the future. All around a great guy.

I've used John with ocean electric several times in the past and have always been happy with his work! I don't know if he is just too busy now, or into bigger projects, but I have been trying to get an estimate from him for several days now, and he just isn't responsive! It took several texts to get him to come talk to me about the job, and I was told I would have an estimate the next day, it's been several days now, and I have sent several messages, and received no estimate! My last message from him was that he apologized and would send it in a couple of hours, and it never happened. It's just disappointing when you feel you have a professional relationship with someone and they let you down like this. Unfortunately I'm in the market for a new electrician now!

Was having some electrical issues in my kitchen that I couldn't figure out on my own. Called John from Ocean Electric on Sunday (fathers day) and he came over and help trouble shoot the issue. Was able to quickly identify the issue and fix it. Super nice guy and reasonable prices. Highly recommend you use these guys if you have any electrical needs.

WOW! What can I say!? John called me immediately after I requested a quote for an electrical repair. It was even after hours, like late evening, and he still was willing to help us! He really knows his stuff and was able to help us resolve our electrical issues in our home. He has a passion for his business and a passion to help people. We will definitely use him in the future if we have any issues or need repairs. His voice is also super calming and it helped me relax at such a stressful time, that would also make a great therapist or yoga instructor!!! Hahaha. Thanks John. You're a stand up guy!

Just wanted to thank Ocean Electric for their help. I had a crew of contractors in my house and they were using some machines. At one point the eletricity for the 2nd floor was cut off. I looked at the breaker box but all seemed fine. Gave a call to Ocean Electric, the guy was super nice, sent him photos of the breaker box and he guided me over the phone and solved the problem. The crew was able to get back to work immediately, and I was relieved. Really appreciate the help, I will definitely use Ocean Electric in the future.

They are the best I've ever worked with. Our fridge and kitchen electric went out right at dinnertime. They answered the phone after hours, had us text photos of the issue, then they? were on the way, he fixed things quickly and showed us how to avoid the issue going forward.
