I called Ocean Electric on Wednesday for service on Friday and I got a call back from John who asked if they could show up in 30 minutes. They arrived lot take care of our issues. They diagnosed the issue of the switch and bulbs and went immediately to Home Depot and made the purchases. As they were going in and out of our front door they noticed the door bell just holding on with tape. The door bell was repaired and the switch and light were working in record time. I greatly appreciate the prompt quality service and the professional repair.

John came out for a circuit breaker replacement on a pool pump that would not reset, he helped diagnose and troubleshoot the problem over the phone briefly and we setup an appointment afterwards.

He arrived on time, was communicative before his arrival and was professional and friendly. He answered all of my questions and let me shadow him while he worked so I could try and learn to help troubleshoot on my own in the future. His pricing was fair and he made me aware of some other breaker upgrades that could be made but did not try to pressure me into any unnecessary sales. I appreciated his work ethic and communication skills, thanks John.

He swapped the outlet, evaluated our electrical panel and mast, then provided a wealth of information about our electrical situation.

Tenant reported power was out in an entire bedroom. Called John at Ocean and he said he could swing by the same day. He found and fixed the problem in 20 minutes. John and Ocean Electric were fantastic. I tried installing a new switch, had something go haywire and blew my internal condo breaker and the external larger one. The whole place was dead and I was panicked I shut down the neighborhood.

Called Ocean Electric and John walked me through the situation and got me to chill out. After the HOA came out and opened the complex electric room, John helped me switch it back on (again being fearful id kill power to the complex) and got the house up and running again. This was all free of charge, even offered to just walk me through the switch install without asking for payment!

I explained I wasn't comfortable and didn't want to upset the HOA so he swung by, fixed the outlet and explained the problem. Super kind and understanding for a price that was well worth the help.

Highly recommend, especially if electricity isn't your thing, just save the time and call him first.
