They answered the phone after hours, had us text photos of the issue, then they? were on the way, he fixed things quickly and showed us how to avoid the issue going forward. Best night's sleep!
Not having ac means a good ceiling fan is essential. I found one and John installed it. He also installed a TV hanging on the wall. He was on time, worked quickly and professionally. Set up the new TV as an added bonus.

The fan, unfortunately, did not work well. It was noisy and wobbly. That was NO fault of the installation, just a bad fan. I called John out and he came back and put up the new fan.
