Professional and quick service with good communication. Quoted me $120/hr to install four overhead lights, and said it would take around two hours for one technician. They ended up sending two guys and finished the job in 45min, so we split the difference on the invoice, which seemed fair.

The garage lights stopped working after I extended from the light fixture. It worked for a couple of days and that section of lights went out. I looked in the Yelp for help. OC PRO was available the earliest and their pricing was very reasonable compared to others. Scheduling was easy and simple. And Osvaldo came right on time the next day. He spent some time diagnosing what the issue was and after finding out the issue, it was fixed right away. He explained to me what the problem was and how he fixed it in detail.

Like 30min after Osvaldo leaving, I mistakenly thought the Tesla charger started to having a problem (I had blocked the charger schedule from App but thought it had to do with the fix). The owner, Jim, called me like 4 times to ask me questions and checking with me what was done, making sure that it is taken care of. Later I found out the settings in the Tesla app and after disabling the scheduled charger block (previously I had set it to block from 5-8pm every day which prevented the car from charging), and it started to charge fine. But that communications and following up really impressed me.

I strongly recommend these guys to anyone who need an electrician.

Great service! I was stumped when I failed on a switch replacement. Jim responded to my request for help within minutes with the most reasonable price of several responders. A courteous and skilled tech arrived within two hours and located a broken wire deep inside the wall that he fixed within an hour. Very pleased.
