Nice guy but not so good when it comes to servicing the Barstow area. He works primarily in Arizona installing solar systems or down in Apple Valley. While the solar system he installed was a package he configured himself, the components were not anywhere optimal. There were issues with the design plans that took several attempts to get straightened out. No follow through to get PTO from SoCal Edison until pushed. Solar system he installed is an Enphase system but he should have used a higher rated inverter and I did not catch that. I give him one star for the service and quality. I would give him three stars for the value for an average of two stars.

Called for assistance on my mom's home. Scott answer and he walked me through on how to fix the problem and even offer to come by if I couldn't get that old electric panel to work! Definitely recommend!!!! Friendly and fast service.

Scott and his team did great work. They were extremely personable, professional, and super kind to my two dogs who were maybe a bit annoying! Price was fair, Scott was very communicative and, even though we had to reschedule, the entire process was smooth and very stress-free. Highly recommend!!

Horrible service, I called varies times with no answer or even a call back. I had to outsource to a company in Victorville. I would not recommend this company at all.

Needed 220 ran to my backyard for a spa, and my garage workshop wired, although he is 7-10 days out his work is well worth the wait. Scott is very professional and his priceing is very reasonable I will be recommending him to everyone I know.

I needed to have my main breakers replaced on a Saturday. When I called they didn't try to price gouge for a weekend service call. They gave me very helpful advice over the phone and I was able to replace them myself, even though they told me not to because they were concerned for my safety. Next time I have an electrical issue I'm gonna be calling O'Brien electrical. Thanks again!

Wow!!! Owner Scott is an amazing human being with excellent work ethics and talent for his craft. He was kind enough to keep in contact with me via texts and went above and beyond expectations y coming to my home that same week to fix my electrical issues at my home.

He replaced 2 breakers and now my home is back to working conditions. Now a days it's challenging to find ethical, quality and affordable pricing.

Not sure what it is about Barstow but to get an electrician is a hard task.

I called to get an appointment for a consultation and was able to schedule. On my appointment day he forgot we scheduled and I had to call and remind him. Which was fine. He came out later in the day and provided an estimate and I wanted to get the job done the next Friday.

I texted as requested what time I'll be home to schedule for Friday. When he didn't respond I called like he asked me too. Said he was working on a time and would get back with me. Now I requested and received approval to work from home that day so I could get the work I needed done.

No one ever showed up or called and I texted him to see if anyone was coming with no response.

I guess I'll try out Home Depot. At least I know they will show up since customer service is a top priority.

Very disappointing!
