Should be less than 1 star...especially now that I read Kyle O'Brien's response. Prior to responding to a negative review, it might be a good idea for you to check with your office staff (perhaps, wife) to get the real story. She quoted me half the original price to wire new yard lights.
I went with a landscaping contractor to redo the job. He found that the lights were wired by cutting corners and, consequently, water was seeping into the wiring and shorting out the lights. So...Kyle...it appears that the responsibility does lie with you as the owner of this company.

Kyle came with a collegue to do an estimate on installing 12 recessed lights in my kitchen and living room. After they gave me the estimate (which was very generous for the amount of work they did), I asked if he could take a look at my garbage disposal since it was acting up. He gave me a quote of $75 to fix since he was already there. Before I could write up the check he noticed that the cord was plugged into the wrong outlet causing it to trip. He told me there would be NO charge! That's where they had me sold, he basically fixed my problem for free. They came back a couple of weeks later and completed the job. They are honest, hard working and genuinley nice people. Would recommened to family and friends. And definately would use them again. Much thanks

Scheduled an appointment for 8am. Got a call asking if they could reschedule to 3pm, I said ok. Then the day they were supposed to be here they called again and said they can't come until 5pm. Ok. That's fine. But then at 4:45 they call to tell me they had a cancelation and could come ""early"". He said he's about 45 minutes to an hour away. I said to cancel it completely. Three times I accomodated them and on the 4th I refused to accommodate any longer. If you can't manage your schedule then I don't need you.
Look elsewhere. Your time is not nearly as important as theirs.

The Obrien Electric bailed me out of a large time crunch. My contractor called and had an emergency and was not able to fill the tight schedule. Called Obrien and talked to John on the phone their service lead Oscar called in less than two hours, verified the scope of job and said he would be that at 7am next morning. Pulled cable from the panel,replaced outlets and can lights. Cleaned up after. Great job. Pricing I felt was fair for the degree of difficulty. Would definitely call again with electrician needs

O'Brien came out quickly and replace light switches with dinner switches. Our house is older so some items were tricky. He took care of everything quickly and efficiently. His prices were fair and he guarantees his work.
