We wanted to replace our ancient 1980's era stove top, but all of the power was run through the hood so we needed upgraded wiring in two places. Lowe's installation techs wouldn't do it, and other electricians wouldn't even answer our calls. Kyle was friendly and prompt- he got us an appointment in 3 business days, and sent Oscar out to revamp our stove area. In less than 2 hours, Oscar had removed our old range and hood and installed new wiring. Not only was Oscar efficient, he was also extremely friendly and left a CLEAN space when he was done (this hasn't been the case in past experiences with other electricians). Pricing is incredibly reasonable for the quality of work. We highly recommend this team.

Had breakers in my house constantly tripping. Called 2 electricians before Kyle and both ghosted me. The original electrician who installed the brand new system a few years ago said he doesn't warranty the work for more than a year.

Kyle showed up with a couple of days and fixed my problem quickly. It's been a week now and my breakers work great.

We're so happy with the service we received from O'Brien Electric! We're so grateful that Kyle was able to come out within a couple of hours from our call as my husband had to turn off our breaker due to it smoking, so we had no electricity in this heat! Should be less than 1 star...especially now that I read Kyle O'Brien's response. Prior to responding to a negative review, it might be a good idea for you to check with your office staff (perhaps, wife) to get the real story. She quoted me half the original price to wire new yard lights.
I went with a landscaping contractor to redo the job. He found that the lights were wired by cutting corners and, consequently, water was seeping into the wiring and shorting out the lights. So...Kyle...it appears that the responsibility does lie with you as the owner of this company.
