I found OAX on yelp looking for a professional company to install a wall mount and new TV and to also add an outlet so that the wires could be concealed. As soon as I messaged Leo on yelp he was able to give me a quote and schedule the installation. His pricing was very reasonable and competitive with other companies I also consulted with. Leo was very responsive and explained the process thoroughly. He also had good suggestions and advice for the placement. The installation only took about an hour! I am so happy with the results. I highly recommend OAX surveillance!

This review is LONG over due (I'm so sorry Leo!!) but I cannot rave enough about this company!!

I work for a tech startup in SF and finding someone to come out and install a projector in our office was not easy!!! I wish I would have reached out to Leo first!!!

Upon my first contact with him on 7/11 he responded back quickly and setup a walk through almost immediately! I let him know that another company had ghosted me (feel free to dig through my reviews for that one!) and that we were hosting a meetup for techies in our office on 7/28, so we barely had 2 weeks to get it done! It was literally a walk through the park for this company!

Where we needed it mounted was hanging from our 20+ foot ceiling, to project onto a blank wall that hung just below our drop down lights. Yes, we were definitely asking for the impossible to happen by yesterday! Leo came in and took measurements, told me exactly what to buy and said to let him know when it arrived so I could schedule the install. Once everything arrived I was able to schedule the install for 7/26 (2 days before our meetup - insert sweat laughing emoji). Leo delivered to the T! My bosses are into AV and they were so happy and playing with the projector almost immediately.

The customer service was exceptional! And the install was seamless, even given the complex request and building layout!! Do NOT hesitate with this company!!! They are A1!!!!! As an office manager new to SF, this company has definitely been added to my list of reasonable and top notch vendors!!!!

As others have written, Leo was great to work with. Very responsive and adaptable as the scope of our project changed. He showed up when he promised and stayed in touch with me during the install so I knew how things were progressing. I would definitely recommend.

Leo is amazing! We originally hired him to help put up our tv. He was able to hang the tv and add a new outlet behind so that none of the wires were showing. He did such a great job that we didn't even need to hire someone to patch anything (wall wise). The job was so beautifully done, that we also have been using him for all of our other odds and ends electrical needs, such as switching out old fluorescent garage lights, outdoor motion lights to smart ones, indoor recessed lights, old plugs, and new outdoor lighting. We will continue to use him for all our other electrical type of jobs around the house! He is very responsive and always does a very clean job as well, which I appreciate. If I could, would have him update everything in our house!

I consulted Google and Yelp to look for a vendor to install video surveillance at Park 20 Apartment Homes. I contacted about 4 vendors and OAX Surveillance was the fastest to respond to my search.
Leo, owner of OAX Surveillance scheduled a visit at my property, and provided me a proposal the same day. In any business, creating urgency is a MUST, and that is what I like about Leo. He is so flexible and has good planning and organizational skills. Leo understands that providing good service to your customers is crucial to gaining their loyalty and retaining their business.
Leo is very knowledgeable and seemed to have mastered his job. He and his team installed almost 30 cameras (property with 197 units) in just a few days. We are so happy!

Leo is extremely professional and was very responsive throughout all aspects of the project including scheduling and providing a quote, and installation. He showed up when he said he would to the minute if not early. His work is excellent and his prices reasonable. I am very happy with the surveillance system he recommended, after years of my home using the underperforming Ring system. I am also very pleased with the electric work he and his team performed. He is a licensed electrician/contractor and his company is insured. It's obvious he's been in the business a long time and has a variety of expertise. I don't think you need to look further.

I wanted a TV mounted outside. Leo responded promptly and visited my location without charging a quote fee. He was very professional and provided me numerous great suggestions about how to do the job in the best possible way. He then provided a detailed quote for me. Often, he suggested items to purchase rather than charging me for them so I could save money buying direct.

On the day of the work, he was punctual and showed up with his assistant. They moved quickly and were able to open up holes in the interior wall to run ethernet and electrical to an outdoor outlet that he put in. He patched everything up and then verified with me that the outdoor tv was working properly. The whole day, he worked while my house had lost power when PG&E had an issue.

I highly recommend him for any audio/video or electrical work. I look forward to using him again in the future if I need anything.

This review is so overdue. Leo and his team was so efficient and quoted us reasonable price for a bunch of things we had to do around the house. We had to have two tv mounted, closet wiring arranged, and tesla charge installed. All were done so efficiently and quickly without compromising the integrity of the job.
Would definitely hire them again!
