Jason came to my home in Menlo Park on Wednesday to check out a problem with my outside electric panel. He discussed with me the possibilities for upgrading my panel, and we picked an approach that we could both agree on. He came back the next day, as promised, with everything he needed to complete the upgrade then and there. He and his assistant finished the job in a little over 3 hours, hardly more than 24 hours since he had first set foot on my property! I was really impressed with Jason's quick service, and his professionalism. He went the extra mile to take care of some details, like making new highly-visible labels for my circuit breakers, and adding some sealant to the high-amperage connectors to ensure they won't be as susceptible to moisture damage in the future. He is definitely the guy I will call first for future electrical work.

Great service! If you are looking for electrician to install your Tesla Wall Connector here is your man Ja owner of Oak Electric. Jason on very short notice (2 days) squeezed our job in his busy schedule. He was very easy to reach, no needs for leaving message just immediate direct contact. He with his helper come today 1/7/20 at 7AM and within 1 1/2 hr installed Tesla Wall Connector. I was prepared for this installation thinking that this will be difficult job and getting nice clean and not intrusive installation. I sent him pictures with explanation via text messages what I would like to have done. I bought stud finder just in case and have other tools. He did not need all this stuff. He has everything in his van, all tools and all parts. Jason with his helper knows exactly how this could be done. This required to run wire from an electrical box that was unfortunately installed not in proper place when we originally built the house. Jason easily find out how to run behind the wall wire from electrical box to the place where Tesla Wall Connector was eventually situated. No condescending talks like you often hear from so called ""experts"" with years of experience. He run the #6 wire behind the wall and also replaced 50 amps circuits breaker to 60 amps so we could charge our Tesla with 48 amps. He did very clean job and after 1 1/2 hr Tesla had a new feed. Jason is a great communicator, very easy to work with, very professional and doing quality work. I highly recommend him.

I hired Jason to install a line of recessed lights along a hallway. It didn't turn out well. The lights were crooked and the final bill was more than I expecting. We can debate whether the bill was fair, but there is no debate about the lights. A laser alignment tool showed that some of the lights were up to an inch out of line with the others. In the end, I had to pay another electrician to redo the light placement and a drywall contractor to repair the unnecessary holes in the ceiling. This was a rudimentary mistake that you would not expect from a professional.
