Oscar is the Absolute Best Electrician around! Reasonable prices, High Quality Work and He Knows What He Is Doing!!!! I'm a property manager for over 30 years and have worked with Oscar for 20 years and I have used other electricians at my jobs and had to call Oscar to clean up the work as nobody is as good as Oscar!! Once I met Oscar and used him for a job, I now use him for all my jobs, I absolutely do not call anyone else - He is a Keeper!! If you want something done right the 1st time and don't want to repay to get it fixed, I highly recommend you calling Oscar! He is extremely fair and again very detailed and high quality work! Hands down you will be extremely happy with his work!!! I just had him replace a panel at one of my rentals in Fresno yesterday. I will attach pictures so you can see the before and after!
