Kevin Nye and his team installed a Quiet Cool whole house fan at our Huntington Beach home about a year ago. They were professional and had very good pricing and we couldn't have been happier. They are professional, friendly and kept the work area clean and cleaned up after themselves.
I called him yesterday to let him know we were having problems with the remote control. Kevin was out today to install the newer generation RF remote control, which is a significant improvement over the previous remote. Kevin would not accept any money for his time or for the new RF controller and 2 remotes. That type of commitment to customer satisfaction is a rarity in this day and age. If I could give Kevin more than five stars, I would.

Fantastic service!! I had to call him when the electricity on most of my house went out, **on Christmas Night**. He was here in under an hour and had it fixed well enough to go on with my evening. He said he'd come back later when it was cheaper to finish it, so no price gouging, even on a holiday when many would. Thank You.

The electrical outlets in my master room and baths went out. Requested quote from Nye Electric via yelp app and the owner, Kevin, promptly responded with reasonable quote and was avaible same day. Arranged a time and Kevin arrived early. He took the trouble to check the health of my circuit breaker then check the outlets, making effort to explain what he was doing. After finding out the outlets in the room and baths were in working condition he said it's probably an outlet in the next room, and after checking an outlet under my daughter's bed, found it was brunt. Kevin quickly changed out the outlet then everything worked like a charm. Kevin was friendly and efficient, whole job took less than 30 min. He actually charged me less than quoted and definitely worth every penny to not waste my Sunday. I highly recommend.

I had two smoke detectors going off at the same time telling me I needed new batteries, I thought. I change the batteries in both smoke detectors but I continued to hear chirping. I did everything I could to try and stop the chirping. After two hours it was driving me crazy. I didn't know what to do so I contacted Nate Electric. I spoke to Kevin who asked him what the problem was and I explained it to him. He see more than willing to come out to my house tonight to see what he could do to help me. But he said to me before I come out your house and make you spend money he asked me if I had a carbon monoxide detector plugged in in the same area of the smoke detectors. I told him I did have a carbon monoxide detector can you tell me to check to see if those batteries needed to be changed. The batteries did need to be changed I put two new batteries in and the problem was resolved without him having to make a house call or making me spend money. For him to do this I thought was fantastic customer service. I will use him in the future for any electrical problems I have and I will recommend him to anybody that I know that needs electrician because for me honesty and integrity go along way.
