Matt and this company rocks! I have a house in Trophy Club but live in California. The air conditioner unit went out on Thursday, Memorial Day weekend. No air conditioning repair service could get there until Tuesday the following week. My tenants suffered in the high heat and when the air service tech came he discovered it was an electrical issue in the home panel. By now it is 5 pm California time. I found NTEX on Yelp and called thinking they were already closed because of the time difference. I was shocked when Matt answered the phone personally. He was going to another job and wanted to head home but when I told him my problem he re-routed and showed up at 7:30 PM to repair the electrical problem. He immediately found the problem repaired it and gave me a very reasonable bill. Most companies would not be willing to work that late into the evening on such short notice. Matt is a rare find and a true Texas gentleman!!!!!

I highly recommend NTEX. Matt was responsive, professional, reasonably priced, and very accommodating. He went above and beyond to make sure our electrical work was done correctly. I felt like he wasn't rushed to complete his work so he could move on to the next job.

We made a few last minute changes and he stayed until the job was done. So glad we found this company; can't say enough good things.

Matt is phenomenal. We had a fire in our circuit breaker box on a Sunday and lost power to a portion of our home. We called and left a message, he called back within 90 minutes and was able to come make sure we were safe and that we wouldn't have any more fires. He gave us a temporary fix and returned later in the week and installed a brand new box and panel. He was kind, answered all our questions, and reasonably priced. We'd highly recommend him and we'll be using him again in the future!

I called Matt, with NTEX, and he was able to come out same day. He repaired/replaced some GFCI outlets for me in my home. He was very professional, efficient, trustworthy, and reasonably priced. I would recommend him to anyone and will definitely be using him in the future for all electrical needs!!

Matt replaced electric outlets and installed a security camera, exterior and interior lighting, a ceiling fan and a whole house surge protector. He worked non-stop for two days. He made great lighting suggestions and did a great job. He cleaned up everything as he worked! His prices are very reasonable. We will be using him again.
