I am beyond impressed with the professionalism, attention to detail and communication skills of Naresh, the head of NT Construction. We just completed a huge project with them which included adding almost 500 square feet to our home. This project included a living room, bathroom and bedroom. Nash and his group took care of all the paperwork with the city and communicated everything in a timely manner. I am very happy with the outcome and would highly recommend this company to anyone looking. We will definitely be keeping them in mind for any future projects. We engaged NT Bay area construction to help renovate our home. We remodeled our guest bathroom and also expanded/remodeled our Master bathroom. In addition, we replaced the electrical panel, had our HVAC moved into the attic and reconfigured a few closets to open into different rooms.

Our experience was very positive from the get go. Unlike several contractors we spoke to during the selection process, we found NT Bay area and Nash to be highly responsive. He was easy to communicate with and during the initial walk through made a couple suggestions that actually helped make the plan better. He was able to connect us with a good structural engineer and stayed in communication with us throughout the permit process. Once the construction began, we found him to be reliable and his crew was trustworthy as well when we had to leave the home unattended. Nash conducted regular video calls with us when we had to travel away from the area to keep us updated on the progress. The crew did a good job in being detail oriented especially in the bathrooms. They were flexible when we wanted to make minor cosmetic changes and got the job done much to our satisfaction.

I would definitely give Nash and his crew two thumbs up and will use them in the future if we ever need to renovate again! Here are a few before and after pictures.

We recently hired Nash and team for our long pending bathroom remodeling. We remodeled 3 bathrooms as they were original. I asked for multiple quotes initially before we hire NT Bayarea Constructions. Nash comes up in top with respective to communication and explaining all the details with fair pricing. He also gave us lot of ideas and helped in selecting materials and where to shop. Nash and his team were very communicative and professional right from the start and every aspect of the work. We really liked the outcome and quality of work. All our bathrooms comes up really well than we expected. I will definitely recommend to anyone and will hire him again for any of our house work in future.

NT Bay Area construction did a great job with our kitchen re-model. The work involved countertop replacement along with a new sink and removing the under-cabinet microwave. The whole process was very smooth and well explained. Naresh helped with the Quartz store along with the sink. Once he knew there would be excess quartz he suggested replacing the bathroom countertops too.
In addition, he also helped with installing the hood, stovetop and wall oven.
Naresh is very prompt with communication and also took the necessary precautions for COVID.

We hired Nash and his team to remove a load bearing wall from below our garage. As you can imagine, it was quite the task. He worked with a structural engineer to get the plans settled and permitted through the city. The amazing part was once we had the permits, how quickly he moved on the job. His crew was done with it in a matter of days. They were also very respectful of other parts of my home by putting down paper + properly cleaning up after. He also was able to get the beam added basically flush to the ceiling to help with our short ceilings. The best part? It was all on budget. I've never had a GC stay on budget before. We will definitely hire him again.
